this place is straight gas but the g is silent please fire everyone who works here or just burn this place to the ground. they can’t even put a lid on a drink correctlythey burn chips and sit on your tacos please do the world a favor and just erase this place from my memory.The chalupa was pretty decent though

Came here because mod pizza was closed. Ordered using the kiosk no problems ordering anything. Got our food which was supposed to come with a fountain drink and a slushie. Only then is when they decided to inform us that their machines are down and you can't get any drink from the fountain except for lemonade or tea because they are not carbonated. That also meant no slushie. I asked for the slushie drink to be refunded. I saw they were giving cans of soda in the drive thru. Didn't see any signs posted anywhere that the fountain machine was down.My boyfriend ordered a spicy potato taco. The potatoes were hard as rocks. He went to go let them know. Luckily there was someone there who was training them and showed them how to take care of an unhappy customer. They made him 2 new spicy potato tacos and gave him a coupon for a free taco.

I bought a deluxe combo box. Asked for no tomato, and of course, there was tomato. I'm used to that. Besides that issue, all of my food was cold. Also, I came in with a friend whose order took a full ten minutes because the cashier told them they didn't carry the classic combo, which is literally on their menu as available. Finally, the cashier found the classic combo and rung him up. He wanted no sour cream, and of course, there was still sour cream. His food was also cold. It just seems like service is lacking in both quality control and product knowledge. This is a fast food restaurant, so I do understand slightly as to the issues people have during rush lunch hours. It's not a horrible enough experience to rate a 1-star, but I also do have to say honestly that it was an unpleasant experience. On a positive note, for some reason, they did have the best Baja Blast I've ever tasted. I loved it! Lol had to fill up a third time to take it home for later.

First time I've had good customer service here. The order taker was really nice.. can't remember his name. One of the taco makers was extremely friendly and kept smiling at me. Tomas I believe was his name. Taco bell has always been a favorite fast food place of mine.

Not as good as I remembered. Really cheap on the amount of ingredients especially light on sour cream and beans in the bowl I ordered. My friend ordered a Burrito Supreme Combo and didn't get any sour cream. Don't think we'll be back. Lettuce was kinda on the edge, too.Pretty disappointing ...

Horrible. Food was awful. Order was wrong. The chicken was old and “crunchy” on the quesadilla like it had been left out all night and hardened up. This place has turned into a place where the food is never good and the orders are never right.

Awesome service. Worked on N off in the industry through out my life. If an employee runs outside in the snow to fix a mistake. That speaks volumes about his(in this case) or her character. Thank you

I really wish I could say I had a good experience but it was far from it and I wish I could contact corporate because what happened yesterday was unacceptable. We went through the drive through and had one mobile order and an order for a coworker. We we're going to go inside but the DOORS WERE LOCKED WITH NO SIGN AS TO WHY and no one would even look at us. So we sit for 20 minutes in the drive through, we ask for sauces on the mobile order,, at the speaker and we had asked for sauce at the window. They almost forgot my quesadilla and they forgot sauces we asked for. We parked up front and called to ask if someone could quickly run out to bring us just the sauce packets but instead I was told to drive back through the drive through to wait another 20 minutes for sauce packets! Yes I understand that you old had 3 available employees but that is no excuse. There was no reason so hang up the phone and take it off the line so no phone calls could be made at all!!! I worked my @$$ off with just me and the manager while having drive through and dine in open during lunch rush on multiple occasions. Theres no excuse for poor workmanship. I really hope you learn you to get your act together and work with what you got. And maybe put up a sign if your going to rudely refuse dine in service.

Went there for a door dash pick up I couldn’t believe that I go through the drive through nobody was there to take orders so I called to ask if they were open manager picked up phone then hung up I called back again I said are you open she said yes so I told her about the order I was there to pick up she said yes I know who it is but I can’t make the order because I’m the only one there !!! I said it’s two items she said I’m sorry I can’t cook unless somebody else is in the restaurant with me so I had the customer cancel his order on door dash and I had to call DoorDash and explain the situation so I can get some kind of compensation!! For the drive! But like really she couldn’t cook a hash brown and make a cup of coffee!
