Came here june 5th. Late afterrnoon early eve.The line was almost out the door. There were a few workers but only one person making the orders.He was running out of things and overwhelmed. But he remained polite, proffessional and he stayed as efficient as could to get orders out. He didnt let his frustration show or get to him while keeping a collected manner. This kid was a teenager and you rarely see that with the younger generation these days, I paid with a card but I only had $20 in my pocket. I never tip fast food workers but I gave him the $20 I had and told him he was doing a great job. I hope management notices this kid and promotes him. (No name tag)

He was out of things he needed and a bit flustered but he remained professinal and polite. He worked as efficiently as he could and he never let his frustration get to him. Also he was very young early teens. You dont see that much these days anymore. I only had $20 in my pocket (I paid with a card) and altho I dont ever tip fast food workers I gave it to him and told him he was doing a great job. I hope this kid gets promoted soon.
We are out of town for a mini vacation so we stopped in at QDOBA for lunch. The restaurant was dirty, had 2 young men working. We had to clean the tables ourselves to eat. Every table was dirty. The bathroom was worse toilet paper rolls just sitting out not in the dispenser, sink was absolutely disgusting and the paper towel holder didn't work. The young man who took our order was polite but the one who rang us up was so rude. My friend asked a question about her order and snapped "well you didn't tell me your order so how am I suppose to know that" we also asked for our receipt and he crumbled it up and threw it away. I ordered the steak fajitas and they were ok, not worth the dirty restaurant or rude employee.
we came during the busiest time and honestly only person who was polite was dylan. i only know his name cause some young lady was yelling at him. not professional what so ever… food is good and fresh but PAY DYLAN MORE very sad to see a hard worker be put down in front of a whole restaurant4 stars5 stars for dylan
The Impossible Fajita Bowl was awesome! I added jalapeños to my bowl and they were very fresh, colorful, and freshly pickled. The pickling wasn't overpowering and they had a very good amount of spice
Sat and watched them tell me for 15 minutes rhat they had online orders to fill. Walked out-what a waste of time, 2nd time here at this location and terribly slow service. It sure when I’ll be coming back and wanted to share.
Alex was the sweetest. They were super patient and fast. The service is always good, but honestly the best experience I’ve had here!
we were here at opening and then dunning room wasn't cleaned from the night before. all tables were dirty and the floor hadn't been washed. had to asked for someone to wash a table so we could eat.
Not the greatest experience. They barley give you meat, argues with you and the lady has a terrible attitude. The cashier was very quiet and rude too. Just overall a horrible experience.
It was good, I actually like this chain more then Chipotle. The people who work at this location were very nice and friendly
