Sunday afternoon, 5/17/22. I Found strange Black Flakes, unidentifiable as pepper in two Big Macs. It was very noticeable on the shredded lettuce and then found on patties and some pickles. What is that? Its not something I have normally seen.Not too happy about that right now.Manager?
Delivering for DoorDash for this location can be a little time consuming depending on the time of day you dash. It is pretty fast and employees really do try to get you orders as fast as possible
The worst experience ever at a McDonald's, the Hispanic manager treated me and my black coworkers very disrespectful. All we wanted was the right amount of syrup for our 5 orders of pancakes. We asked for 1, and she closed the drive thru door and acted like we wasn't there. Then wouldn't give us her name, so I got my money back for all of our orders. My money is good anywhere in America, McDonald's needs to do better. As a paying customer, i am most definitely contacting corporate.
My granddaughter asked if we could go to McDonald's as she hadn't been there since covid hit. The drive through line was long so we went inside. She went to the light up play table which was filthy with dried on food. I cleaned it off as best I could and went to order our food at the kiosk. I ordered 2 Egg Mcmuffins and a hash brown. It was 10:20. My number came up on the board about 20 minutes later so I went to the counter to wait for it. The number eventually disappeared. During the 10 minutes I stood at the counter not one of 5 employees behind the counter ever turned around to help customers. Finally I got the attention of an employee who had to turn around to place an order on the counter. I asked her about my order. She asked me what it was and I told her it was 2 Egg Mcmuffins and a hash brown. She told me that she couldn't give me the hash brown because breakfast had ended at 11:00, 3 minutes earlier. It didn't make any difference that I had placed my breakfast order 45 minutes ago.Long story short we got fries instead of the hash brown, no apology, nothing. I live near this McDonalds and it used to be a great place to go, but it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. The restaurant is filthy, the napkin holder was wide open, and the glass doors were smeared with gunk. I told my granddaughter that we will NEVER go back.
I would give them zero stars if I could. My wife and i tried to go inside to eat. People were inside and eating but th staff would not unlock the door.
They only had 1 lane open slow, slow service. Its McDonald's fast food. It is what it is and seems ro be getting expensive.
It is good it's what you would expect from McDonalds. The workers are very nice and the food is always warm. Good place for a quick lunch.
We went to McDonald’s and we did our order but they gave us a lot of stuff wrong and we order a caramel frappe large and it wasn’t even fully it was like really halfway full of a cup this is so unfair of what they did to us
Will never go to a McDonald's again. 3 strikes and ur out. So tired of being charged for stuff and not getting it or getting the wrong thing. I should not have to drive there twice everytime I order from there so I can get what's missing or get it fixed. Never again.
My parents worked at this McDonald's in high school, and incidentally this is how they met. Therefore, without this McDonald's, I would not exist or be here writing this review right now. If I exist because of McDonald's, and I write a review for McDonald's, does that mean McDonald's is reviewing itself?Anyways, it's a pretty good McDonald's. Generally well maintained, and food is usually pretty good. I'm always partial to the nugs, and if you get a happy meal you get some apples. Delish. Driveway is weird though. I'd say this is a pretty good McD's, nice but nothing super special, but I'll add an extra star for providing my existence. I feel like I should get some free merch or something?
