Corner ice cream shop right off the main street in Lake Geneva. Location is very popular and thus very busy as well. However, the staff were polite and patient with everybody coming and going. Staff were helpful with getting us what we wanted and focused on the person they were helping at the time. Never felt rushed or treated rudely nor saw any of the staff treat anybody else poorly. There are many different flavor options for the ice cream, which were wonderfully delicious. They have some of the more regular flavors as well as some specialty versions, which you can get in a bowl or a variety of different types of cones. You can get one or more scoops of ice cream, and each scoop is significantly big. Ice cream is on the pricier side, but you definitely get sizable portion of good quality treats. Well worth the money, but you’re paying for it.
I visited Kilwins in Lake Geneva recently with a couple other people. We were given good service the moment we walked in the door and there seemed to be endless options in flavors of ice cream! I ended up ordering a scoop of Mackinac Island Fudge and it was heavenly, just what I was craving! The only reason I decided to not give a full 5 stars was because I wished there were some better seating options.
Great fudge and ice cream place! They allow you to sample a piece of fudge (flavor of your choice). All the fudge we got to try were all great, though I particularly like the double chocolate one. We ended up getting their ice cream, which was also enjoyable until the last spoon. Really friendly staffs too.
The staff was AWESOME! Spent way more then intended but….WORTH IT! I do not know what I said but the young lady picked up the fact that I was a Military Vet. What? free fugue, why thank you.

Hailey and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They make a customer feel welcome to the shop. The mackinaw fudge is so legit and creamy. My kids love the sugar free taffy and not to forget the huge scoops of ice cream. My favorite is the dark chocolate toffee. There are a few tables inside the main building you can sit and enjoy your treats there. If it is nice weather you can take a walk by the lake or downtown shops to enjoy the scenery and your delicious treats. Overall a pleasant experience every time we visit lake Geneva and Kilwins.
We were in Lake Geneva for Winterfest and went to Kilwins for some fudge. It was a beautiful shop! And we were waited on by a wonderful young lady named Noreen. She was sweet, bubbly, well spoken and extremely helpful. She made our experience there great! And the fudge is delicious!
