I think the outdoor environment says a lot about a business. For example, this Lake Geneva location has a hazardous far east side walk they could fix if they wanted to do what's best for customers and the public. In addition, the entry door is not accessible to people who use both hands to operate mobility equipment, effectively denying service to customers based solely on their disability. I mean, who does that still in 2022? KFC!!
worst place to order didn't take my order in front counter only app and try that to it says it is close only drive thru like I could drive with a 26 ft straight truck thru the drive thru need to fire every one get new people that want to work
Sandwich wasn’t bad but 50% of the popcorn chicken was just fried bread.
I have been to this one twice food cold fries hard. I would recommend this one until they are committed to serving fresh hot food. It's in excusable. Need to hire people on top of it.
Staff/The manager was extremely rude thru drive thru. I was so taken back I didn’t even place my order. Was going to spend over $40 for my families dinner and came home empty handed. My son was so disappointed.
No napkins, no utensils. no good. Only average chicken and a handful of mashed potatoes.
Worst KFC experience every time I go. Not sure why but I've given this store my business 4 or 5 times and every time it gets worse. Expect the soggiest chicken that looks,smells, and tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. Not even to mention the fact that they forget to include sides that you pay for EVERY TIME. It's unbelievable that a company can do this to all its customers and have no repercussions. Nasty.
