Picked up two sandwiches today. The bread was so under-baked that it made me ill. Please do better.

Food is typically fine. But the last two times I’ve ordered I was told 30 minutes. Unfortunately I waited an hour and a half the first time and missed my entire lunch time waiting and had to call and cancel. The next time I was told 30 minutes and then called once I had waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. They said the driver was on his way. So I waited again another 30 minutes and decided to call and cancel. This used to be a great establishment but has been terrible lately. I get the covid stuff but come on I’m 3 minutes from the place driving.

Normally I'm 100% satisfied but this time I was absolutely appalled by the condition of my sandwiches. I'm truly hoping this is a temporary issue with staffing. Neither sandwich was cut in half, no mayonnaise packets, and no extra onions because they actually didn't put any onions on it at all. This all was requested when order was placed. Also the bread was a brick and I had 1 hot pepper located in the middle of my sandwich causing me to gag as I'm not tolerate to anything spicy. Very disappointing.
Since when does Jimmy Johns close at 5 on a Thursday and close delivery at 4??? We order Jimmy Johns all the time and although it is not always freaky fast never was told and all the websites are saying 9
They have just been reallly slow lately. I mean atleast 45 minutes and I get a soggy sandwich.They need more drivers!
Great sandwiches m very patient employees as I've been to a Jimmy John's but not real familiar with their menu.
Ordered a sandwich and a bottled water. After paying and waiting for them to get a water from god knows where, they handed me a warm bottle of water. I asked if the had cold ones and they did not. I asked for a refund on the water. That also became a major production. Finally got my sandwich and of course it had hot peppers that I specifically asked them not to include and mayonnaise which I did nor ask for and is not a normal component of the sandwich I ordered. Waste of money and time. Is their no training available at this store? I had to deconstruct the sandwich and eat pieces of it. All in all, a complete disappointment!
