This place is struggling to make a correct order, move cars along in a timely manor, and hand out all of our items without asking. As you can see in the picture they gave me a bagel chip for breakfast. I’ve waited to write a review after several visits because it’s a new business. It’s frustrating to order and the employees have no idea what you ordered. We have to remind them of all the items on the receipt. Food is good quality but this place needs a better manager and please train the employees!!
Pretty much the slowest Dunkin’ on the planet. My coffee orders are correct about 3/4 of the time. Once, I was handed a lukewarm coffee. Another time, I was handed a cup that felt like it was dropped in a sink full of water.Staffed by teenagers who need more training. Tried to get a coffee this morning; left after seeing the lines inside. One of the kids behind the counter was dancing to a song.
The employees have been friendly but honestly they never seem to know what they’re doing. Whenever my husband and I go on Sundays we each order a sandwich and coffee and get to the drive thru window and get handed one coffee and then the employee stares at us like why are you still here? It’s like they don’t keep track of what’s in your order which I figured was the job? And then after we tell them again what we ordered and still need like we have to do every time we go here something is wrong either with a coffee or a sandwich but by that time we are already too frustrated to even care to turn around and go back at that point. Maybe it’ll get better with time but I think I’m going to start going back to Starbucks on Sundays… sorry Dunkin’
I love the new Dunkin in Lake Geneva! I go there on Mondays! ? The employees are nice and the service is really fast. ?? The coffee is okay, and the donuts are amazing. ?
The expresso was burnt I work at a coffee shop and know how to tell. I asked they very nicely to fix it and had the workers roll their eyes luckily someone remade it. They were very unhelpful and coffee was burnt. No impressed
Picked up 6 donuts. All were stale, and just tossed in a bag instead of a box. Drink was a butter pecan iced coffee and it tasted nothing like butter pecan. This is the third time I have gone there and had issues with the staleness of the donuts, the help not putting the donuts into a box, and the drinks being poor. I won't be going back.
Love Dunkin LG! The crew is always happy and working hard. Love seeing their smiling faces when I grab my daily coffee and donut!
Here is a place where after just two visits they get your order down and have it ready as you're walking in the door and when it's in the morning and you're on your way to work being able to get in and out and get your order correct is just awesome they have a good drive through its quick it's attached to a gas station so if you need some other stuff along with gas the perfect combination the staff is very friendly they get you in and out the door I don't know what else I could say. Great location and service ?
Great place, they can create your Favorite doughnut they just need a little notice. Great for making donuts for parties, weddings, birthdays, etc.
Everytime we stop for a donut ? run, the staff is very friendly and caterer to our needs. My son wanted the waffle doughnut that they didn't have made up so the manager went out of his way and created it for him. Such a blessing to have such wonderful hardworking staff at our Lake Geneva location. Thanks for all your hard work.
