These clowns regularly cancel orders arbitrarily and offer no recourse for spent points or money. The food is about what you'd expect from a dominoes, not the worst, not great. However the real reason for the 1 start rating is they provide some of the worst customer support and service I've ever come across in all my years. We stopped ordering from them for a long time because of the incompetence we deal with every time we order from them, and we have it another chance tonight and to no surprise they flaked on our order and did not refund our points.Trash.
It's been a while since we ordered from this Domino's because we had a bad experience last time. I thought I'd give it another chance but once again have left with the feeling that I will NEVER order from here again. I was charged $10.00 for the same pizza you can get for $7.99. I asked for a refund of the difference and was told because I paid online I was out of luck. Well now you're out of luck because I will be sure to spread the word how unethical this place is. This is really poor business especially when there are so many pizza places to choose from.
Pizza was very squishy at the middle and had very little cheese. The chiken wings barely had any hot sauce all of it was at the bottom also they had some black spots on them.
Food poisoning! My entire family got severely sick from eating from here on Sunday, December 12th 2021 around 6pm
Ew!I ordered a few items, one of them being a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Halfway into eating said sandwich I notice a hair sticking out. I could not pull it out because it is baked into the sandwich. It immediately ruined my appetite, how gross ?I wish I could’ve given 0 stars. I will be calling tomorrow morning.
We placed a delivery order 10/10 at 7:38 & were told it would be here in 40 minutes. At 9:00pm it still wasn't here!!! We called &were told that they do not deliver to my area! I have seen Domino's deliver in my neighborhood several times! Why did they not tell me when we placed the order?? We have everyone sitting here for almost 2 hours with no food & now everything's closed! I spoke to the manager who didn't give his name, he didn't even offer for use pickup the order!!!
We have ordered from Lake Geneva, WI Dominoes for years and have never had any major issues. There have been times that we know they have been short staffed yet they are pleasant, work hard and get our order correct. We normally do delivery and always pleasant. Been a few times they forgot our soda but they still bring it back. Very happy with them!

After 3 years ordering peporonni pizza and sandwiches(average Monthly) from Lake Geneva Domino's Pizza. i feel proud that people do it constantly for my pleasure.Tasty! Great Prices, GREAT PEOPLE... i usually get Delivery. And I tip 5 dollars minimum.the reason is because the food is So HOT and fresh- as if eating in. Every single time!Another fact: the average delivery time is 35 Minutes. these workers have pride in themselves and their work. I appreciate with every bite.Thank you to Everyone at Domino's!
No one will answer phone. They don’t want your money. However I had a great experience with listening to the voicemail thing and cursing at its existence.
