I absolutely love this place they have amazing foods with great flavor, and many options to choose from like burgers fries sandwiches shakes and so many more, and they have amazing costumer service. Overall just a great place!
Single worst experience I've had at a Culver's!! We waited a half an hour in the drive thru to get our food. When we got home with our food we found items missing. The food was cold...definitely not fresh! Their solution to the missing food...send us a coupon via the mail strictly for the food that was missing. I love Culver's, but I won't be back to this one
Stop ask ing for people's names. Whoever's idea that is, just stop it. It's not more personable, it's ridiculously annoying. The number system is fine/excellent, just keep up the great food, service at all locations needs to improve. Too many people standing around at this location, slow service when not even busy.
If you are visiting for first time and would like to try something different from other chain restaurants it is a good choice.
Good quality fast food with consistently fresh and delicious options. Some items are even approaching healthy. Fast throughput for a super long drive thru line.
Very impressed with their customer service, I came during lunch rush around noon. And they accidentally forgot a bacon deluxe which if it was any other place I'd have to fight them to the death to prove or show that they did. Not only did they not ask any questions besides what it was and if I wanted to come get it now. But they also offered a coupon or some free meal. I declined because I understand people make mistakes and they were very busy. So I went to get it and she told me she put and extra fry in the bag for me as well for the trouble. Really good food and even better customer service. Very satisfied
Twice I have gone through the drive up to get their famous custard of the day. Both times I waited over 15 minutes, with customers ahead and behind me getting larger orders while I sat there. I finally called inside to find out they were holding my custard thinking it belonged to a bigger order. I was promised coupons by a manager the second time this happened. Shocker no coupons. Really disappointed with their service and how they treat their customers.
Had great experience here with me and the boys. Ordered the butter burgers and some cheese curds. Really enjoyed. The service was polite and quick to bring our food out after ordering at the counter. Filled out drinks at the soda machine. The restaurant was not too busy and socially distant. Got our frozen custard for dessert. So many choices. Definitely recommend.
This unit needs a manager. Stopped in about 2:15pm. Waiting at the counter for ten minutes....no one came to take my order although 5 to 7 employees working in the back. One car in drive through. I left, never happened at a Culver's before. What has happened to service. Went to Burger King a block away. Greated and served immediately.
I mean, Culver’s is good, so they get more than one star. There have been multiple times I go through the drive through and they leave stuff out of the order. I’ll call them, they promise to send a voucher in the mail and it never comes. The first time I didn’t even bother. The second I’m annoyed and feel like they just say that to get you off the phone
