This was our first time here tonight and the girls were not very nice or professional. They kept laughing to each other and we had to ask If we could order when we were the only ones in there. Then I asked them to remake my shake and they gave me attitude and kept staring at each other like they were talking in silence to each other kinda thing...it was a just very uncomfortable feeling. We won't be back which I'm sure they will be happy about.
Super friendly staff and online order was ready for pickup before the pickup time assigned! Ice cream was fantastic also.
This location was consistent with all the other Cold Stones. The ice cream is decadently creamy. The location is convenient when walking around Lake Geneva. Our only issue was that the servers were not wearing gloves or masks. The gloves were an issue when they picked up the waffle cone with their fingers.

They did not mix in my brownieand they put chocolate chips when i didn’t want them in and i had to ask for an extra cup to spit them out every second
Service was not very friendly
I don't generally I don't write negative reviews, but "3 strikes you're out". We moved down the street, in fall. We went here once, & loved it, (no pun intended) aside from the ladies bad attitude. We assumed she had a bad day. We came in again & the same lady seemed extremely angry that we were there. I understand it can be frustrating, because we have a large family, so we kept apologizing, in hopes it would ease her harsh mood. We decided it was best for us not to go for a while, then a friend went, & said the girl was kind, so we tried again. We ordered online. It said it would be ready in "21 minutes". I pay, & show up in 25. On the up side the girl was sweet, professional, wonderful, & hard working, as there were many people there she was dealing with, but my order wasn't ready, no fault of hers. It didn't come up. Unaware I needed to prove my purchase, after fumbling through my phone, for 10 minutes I had to go. I was running late, which is why I ordered online in the first place. I had to return later with the proof of purchase. It still hadn't come up for your employee. She even repeatedly refreshed the screen. She deserves a raise.
You have to try the Lucky Charm ice cream if you love the cereal...amazing. Just simply amazing. Tasted just like the cereal and the marshmallows are double the amount with whipped topping. The gold sprinkles were literally the gold on top! The staff was friendly and quickly made our orders with a busy line!
