Champs is an amazing restaurant in downtown Lake Geneva with a fun and friendly atmosphere. The Beer Garden in back is spacious and the bartenders and servers are attentive and kind. We went to Champs tonight for a fundraiser event for the Lakeland Animal Shelter where they had taco dinners and you could bring donations to help the shelter. The food and drinks from the bar outside were great and the gentlemen serving us the tacos were so helpful to us and our kids while they were serving us through the taco bar line. We love that Champs is locally owned by a wonderful owner and makes the effort to team up to foster community with other small businesses and with customers. We forsee many warm nights spent at Champs this summer!
Champs is one of the Iconic bars in Lake Geneva! If you are looking for great food, drinks, and a social atmosphere, this is the place. The menu, to my surprise, had many options that went past your typical bar food. Champs ranks a A+++++ on my list!
This is great bar at Lake Geneva. There are outdoor& indoor bar. shooting basket ball. slot machine. i love beer here it is very testy.It is very busy on Friday& Saturday recommend for good party and fun of lifethere are upstairs seat for any one love to watch people party so you should be here, when you are in Lake Geneva #mynameispong
Food was excellent and amazing service from Alexa! She was so nice and a asset to the business for sure! We will definitely come back and I recommend asking for her cause she is truly amazing!
Waited 15 minutes and no server even approached us. I then asked for a server and another 10 minutes went by without a word from an employee.I felt ignored and even discriminated as I saw others being served and even getting drinks who came in after me.We left and went across the street to Flat Iron... had our order taken in 5 minutes and our food was out in 15. Hreat food great service at Flat Iron across the street.I will never step foot in Champs again as I did not feel the least bit welcome.
We walked in to Champs on what seemed to be a rather busy night, but wouldn't know otherwise as we are from out of town.Upon arrival, the host asked how many were in our party & we responded with two. He walked away to check to see if there were any tables available; turns out there was 1 table available by the pool table.The host pointed at the table and then walked away. We assumed that meant to seat ourselves? When we approached the table, there was food & empty drinks on the table from the previous customers. We moved these items to the side, assuming that the host would come and clear the table. HE NEVER DID. We sat at the table for 10 mins. and not a single person came over to take our food & drink order, wipe down the table, etc.SUPER DISAPPOINTING and AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.We walked out and went to Hogs & Kisses which provided an outstanding meal, drinks and top notch customer service. We will never step foot into Champs again - you left an awful impression on us.
Usually pretty packed. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, loud. Darts, billiards, gambling games available. Many TVs to watch the latest game. Great place to go for some drinks!
Good place to meet people. Kirsten was our bartender and didn't miss a beat on food or drinks.
The catering service they had there. Wild Mushroom catering was so nasty she didn't wear glove when making the food. She would cut meat then place other food on the safe surface without wiping it down.She would grab all the food with her bare hands and I decided that im not eating that food.SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS
We've been coming here forever and the food was good as always. But I was shocked to get my bill and saw that the 3 of us had been charged for our refills on soda. We only had 2 each. We've never been charged for refills. This has to be the only place around, that "NOW" charges for refills. We have lunch and dinner all over SE Wisconsin and have never been charged.
