The steak is mediocre at best, hardly any flavor and cooked wrong. Asked for medium rare... the steak was well done to medium, depending on where I cut it. Also it was very tough for "Prime". Maybe your experience is better but as far as my went it was sad. Texas Roadhouse was better, which is sad.It gets a 3 because the service was excellent.

Wonderful Staff! Great service Right on the River
My boyfriend and I chose this place so we could have a nice date night. We were super impressed. The service and staff were wonderful! The artichoke dip did not disappoint. I had the Engineers Prime Rib and he had the Porterhouse. They were both fantastic! However, we were a little disappointed in their loaded baked potato. 10/10 will definitely go back!!

The service we received was amazing! Casey was an excellent waiter! Me and my girlfriend both had steaks and they were both delicious. Then we topped it off with a delicious massive ice cream drink. If you want exceptional service ask for Casey.
Service was above and beyond - Excellent!!! My prime rib was perfectly cooked. Scallops and crab slightly overcooked, but still delicious. My mother-in-law enjoyed her Cajun style halibut, but it was a little too dry. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it!!!!!
The Best !!!Superb food, & atmosphere. We had King Crab,Prime RIB and Salmon & every entree was excellent & high quality. We arrived a little after 5 an the place was already filling up. This is a busy place but they have a nice cozy cocktail lounge in case you have to wait for a table...Well worth your visit!
Excellent restaurant with fantastic service. This is the third time I have been at this restaurant in 3 months. It is within walking distance from the Charmont Hotel, which is a definite plus. The food is outstanding, from the salad bar to the entree, and the after dinner drinks....WOW- out of this world. You will want to share with someone as they are enormous (but oh so delicious).The service is phenomenal....even on a super busy night they make you feel like you are they only one and give their undivided attention.Definitely a must when you are in a LaCrosse.
Everything was amazing. Such a cool place with a great atmosphere. Ryan, our waiter, went above and beyond for us with his service. We'll be asking for him when we go back. If I could give 10 stars I would!
