I like there food. The time wait for the food and sometimes a bit much but the food is almost always hot and good. This store does not have a problem correcting anything from my experience. The staff is polite friendly and very helpful. I will always go there until there is a change. Aside from inflation their prices are a bit higher for the food but I believe the increase price is worth it when you factor in the service that you get and the quality of food
Every day is a good day to taco! Quick service good food. Easy dinner decision for the entire family. And don't forget the tots.
Not as fresh and authentic as they use to be but way better than taco bell.
I'm here every other morning....I recommend you try the potatoe Olay scrambler with extra everything you won't be disappointed

So I went there specifically because I looked online at their menu and saw they had churros. Um.....NO they apparently don't now, but never updated the site. Then...get up to window to pay and AFTER we ordered drinks and paid they inform us they have NO STRAWS to offer with the drinks! Someone should have gone to a store and picked up some or at least told us so we could have pulled the drinks off the order.
There was a very long line but it moved efficiently. The food is always good.
Seriously? It's Taco John's, you knew what you signed up for as soon as you pulled in the lot.Low quality ingredients that barely meet the minimum requirements to be labeled food. It is what it is. It's clean enough & the staff is friendly and do the best they can with what they are giving to work with.
We placed and confirmed our order was correct at the drive thru. First our drinks were forgotten, then we noticed that our entire order was wrong and nobody wanted to fix it for us. We just got a “sorry” and a shoulder shrug ??♀️ Not the best service
Great staff. I love the spicy chorizo breakfast burrito however my only complaint is the last year or so I have been there it is not hot all the way through. I never had that problem in the past but its been cold in the middle. Granted I acknowledge this is a first world problem, its still sad because they are soooo good when they are cooked/hot all the way through. I went to the other location in la crosse and it was like that too! And maybe people were complaining bc they were too hot or something I dont know but if so...thats stupid. You can let it sit and cool down but you cant wait for it to heat up ?. Anyways I hope this can get remedied then I would give a higher rated review for sure!!
