Just went through the drive through at 9:45. Asked multiple times if anyone was there. Was pretty loud. No response. So we pulled up to the window. See someone walking away from the window. So I call, ask if they're open and they say yeah we are. What kind of worthless people do they have working here? How lazy can you be, when there is no customers in the store or in the drive though, let alone the entire parking lot. So we drive back through, order, and the person is just standing there on her phone with not a care in the world that she is actually supposed to be working. Luckily the food was right. Never seen a more pathetic and lazy display of customer service in my life. No joke.
They allow dining in now. This was a huge mistake! None of the tables were clean. The bathroom was disgusting. None of the lights were on.We had to wait for over thirty minutes for our food. Other guests who didn't want to use the self service kiosk had to wait for ever to get someone to come to the front for service.Will never come back.
stopped for a quick burrito Friday afternoon. nobody there but i waited at the counter to place my order as two employees walked past me without so much as an acknowlegment. so after a few minutes, I then assumed that I was required to order at the kiosk, which i did. still no movement from the back kitchen to even collect for the order. it appeared that the drive thru was priority. there seemed to be around 4-5 employees in the back doing something? after at least 10-15 minutes of no contact and no order appearing, i walked out of the resturant, no food no acknowlegment that i was even there. pretty sad experience As i left the resturant, i observed the dining area tables and floors appeared to have yesterdays lunch debris still scattered about. very unimpressed.
Ordered nacho fries, received them cold. Tried one and it tasted like it had been sitting out for 2-3 hours. Not that hard to make hot foods and keep foods warm.
Horrible service, we were treated very rudely. The minute we walked in the door, we were ordered to use the kiosk. Then after waiting more than 20 minutes I inquired about food the gal snapped at me. Would not recommend.
We were at the Taco Bell to get lunch on our way to another job site. When I ordered coffee the guy failed to tell us the coffee machine wasn't working and that I would have to wait for 10 minutes or more for the coffee to arrive. When I finally received my coffee it tasted like cinnamon which I did not order. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar. When I called her complaint line though they were very helpful despite the poor connection and gave me a free item.
Food is good service is great but the two major potholes in the parking going to make you buy a new tire ,alignment and who know what else they need to fix that before I ever go back
I have ordered online on the app from this Taco Bell multiple times in the past few weeks and each and every time the order has been wrong. They have forgotten multiple items on each of my orders. This afternoon they served me a burrito filled completely with refried beans and nothing else. No beef, cheese, sour cream or anything. I would recommend not ordering online from this Taco Bell if you want a correct order
Ordered through Eatstreet - Taco Bell forgot items on our order so I called them to ask them to send the missing items - hasn't been a problem for other restaurants to do.Guy on the phone told me he wasn't authorized to contact Eatstreet to request a pick up and was told to just 'come through the drive through' and pick it up another time.I ordered for my kids and if I had time to go get it myself I wouldn't have made it delivery.Eatstreet shouldn't have to fix Taco Bells mistakes and I shouldn't have to contact them on their behalf to fix it either.
Drive through messed up my order. I went inside to get my missing items and nobody even came to the counter for over 15 mins while myself and other customers waited. It was seriously the messiest kitchen I've ever seen. When they finally came to the counter and talked to me they serviced TEN cars through the drive through before getting my missing items. Understaffed, horribly messy and slow.
