For some reason they make you come inside the store now to pick up your mobile order even when you choose to pick it up in the drive through. Then you sit inside and watch as 20 cars pass through the drive through and get their food before you do. And then when you finally get your food- they don’t give you your soda. And then you realize they put no meat in your burrito.
By far the worst taco bell in the area. The employees wear what they want. No sanitation standards are enforced here. Go in the lobby and watch them make your food. Guarantee you won't eat it. How does this place pass inspection? They must get word before they are inspected. Nobody manages the counter inside. Consistently inconsistent with orders and incredibly slow to do it. Customer service from the females in particular is real bad. The males are always cool, but the females have an attitude. Especially the 2 white females that work night.
They never get your order right here, ordered a soft shell taco with no lettuce and add sour cream? Nope, you get a regular taco. Want a Pepsi to wash it down? Nope you get water, cause they don't know how to change the bags. Want to get good tacos? Go literally anywhere else and get them, this location is a joke and needs to be shut down
Super unprofessional. I received my and was missing half of it and when I had to order my food again. To just get what I wanted. They told me “K” and hung up. And when I received my order. It was squished. Super unprofessional and as a previous general manager I am so disappointed at how this experience was. We ended up throwing $60 worth of food just because my kidos are picky about there food and was very upset that I have to waste this much money and time for nothing. And by the other comments I really hope Taco Bell corporate is reading this and reaches out to everyone and offers something.
Waited over 15 minutes in the drive- thru and drove past the order spot by mistake. Tried to order at the window because I drove past the order spot by misake and female cashier said she couldn't take my order there at the window.
I had the worst experience I have ever had at any food industry tonight at the West Ave location. The manager is absolutely ruthless.
The management here is awful, one day while picking up doordash orders you need to go through drive thru next the manager is screaming at you for coming through the drive thru because you need to pick it up inside. Management here is so disrespectful to their staff, so I understand why they’re struggling to get workers. Taco Bell, If you’re reading this PLEASE get different management at this location. If you don’t want to do it for the customers complaining do it for the sake of your employees.
The level of professionalism at this Taco Bell is extremely low. Employees are unfriendly and do not seem to care about the customers or getting their orders correct. I have had multiple wrong orders, but my biggest concern is the fact that they seem to never be open. The website says 4am is closing time and I even understand closing at 10pm, but shutting down at 6pm and turning willing customers away while the employees sit back and laugh?
This location is just awful and needs to close down completely. They're always out of something. The employees are downright rude. Thought we'd give them another chance and ordered online but when we got there to pick up the order, they said they were closed and proceeded to turn all the lights off. At 5:15 pm. So I called the restaurant seeing there were still people inside and no one answered the phone. Didn't get my money back.
Hours are very inconsistent. Food quality is subpar. Employees are often careless. Having food that is poorly wrapped and often containing hair, it’s actually pretty disgusting. Something happened to management and this place clearly tanked soon afterwards.
