We have been here many times and I must say we have never had an experience like today. My shrimp were frost bitten very badly, and my girlfriends burger was made with the wrong ingredients. When the bill came we had to pay full price for the wrong and unedible food we were served. I was not happy and I don't think we will be returning here anymore.

Ordered lobster tail and steak. When we finally got our food the steak was raw, I ordered it well done. Spoke to our server, he took my steak back on a different plate and left me with my potatoes. I asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager what happened and asked if it was standard for them to take back only the food that was not right and throw it back on the grill and bring same food back out? She said yes, that is what they do. I always thought if your food was not cooked right, they take your whole plate and remake it all, not just throw the same meat back in the grill. Meanwhile my potatoes are sitting in steak blood on my plate. Well when it finally came back out it was still pink in the middle. I showed our server and asked to speak to the manager again. Told them we were not staying and we just wanted our bill. Manager apologized again and said she took $10 off our bill and walked away. When we went to pay our bill, she did not take $10 off but instead took $7.99. This was my birthday dinner and was the worst I have been had.
So today starts all you can eat shrimp. I get there and notice sign says shorthanded because of staffing. I thought we'll let's see how long? I stood at the front door for 4 minutes and I never seen one employee. I even looked at the bar and nobody. So walked away and won't be back for awhile.
There were 3 of us and our waitress, Ella, couldn't remember who ordered what salad and entree. She stood at our table and asked who ordered what and then handed us our meals instead of setting them down in front of us. Maybe she was 12 yrs old and didn't know what to do. Will not be going back for that kind of service and the high price of food. There are better restaurants in the area with a waitstaff that knows what to do.
My time at Red Lobster here in Lax WI has been so amazing! The staff here are so reliable on things and so patient with you! The food is amazing and very flavorful and just mouth watering. Don’t get me started on the cheddar bay biscuits boy do those hit the spot!
Can't remember our waitresses name, but she was amazing! She had her hair in braids if that helps. Our food was great, and fresh. We arrived early afternoon, wasn't very busy, so that made it better. Definitely be back soon. Thank you!
Customer Service was top notch and I have been a customer Service supervisor for over 30 years. I was impressed and so were my guest. Still my favorite restaurant.
Such lovely staff that were so friendly and seemed happy. Unfortunately they are short staff so you may be waiting for a table but always worth it for the delishious food. Biscuits are always soft and buttery!
