Worst service ive ever had. We had 2 people in front of us and it took over 15 mins to even attempt to place an order. When it was our turn one of the employees told us that they were closing in 30 mins. Mind you it says online they are open until 3 am on a Friday. And it was just hitting 1:30 am.The guy making our food was wearing gloves but wiped his nose with it and continued on to make our food. When we asked for drinks we were then told that they came with the meal. But it took us asking for it to get the free drinks with our meal. We were informed that there were no lids available for our drinks we felt with that. Went to use the sprite and it was soda water. We informed the person we just paid that the sprite was out and he informed us that he knew it was. I will never go back to this place I’d rather eat a ramen!!!
This store is incredibly unprofessional. I was looking to get a burrito for dinner one night and was told that I was not able to get half the ingredients on my burrito due to the store “optionally” closing 2 hours early and I was still charged full price. The staff was incredibly rude to me and my friends. This interaction made me very sad and disappointed because I have always had great interactions with the qdoba franchise. In my honest opinion….new management is needed and all staff need to be leg go or put through the interview process again. Absolutely awful experience.
First time visiting Qdoba and I will not return. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and as it was my first visit I was very confused, I told the staff it was my first visit and my response was a blank stare. I was also left waiting at the register for ages to pay and to receive my food. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and were ignoring the huge queue of customers behind me. Ordered street style chicken tacos, chicken was freezing cold (not sure if this is normal?) again staff no help. There was only about 3 small chunks of chicken in each taco and red onion, no sauce or cheese. Also ordered a chicken protein bowl which was a very small portion, tub only seemed a quarter full.
After placing a mobile order and arriving at the restaurant we waited well over 30 minutes because they had nobody working on mobile orders. Don’t get me wrong I understand being busy but 30 minutes when the order was placed 15 minutes before getting to the store is a bit ridiculous. After getting our food we realize that it was the wrong order completely. Not even close to what was ordered. They had a supervisor making our order and somehow they still put the wrong stuff in our bag. We come from 45 minutes for this place. Not to mention this place is know for being a mess. From now on we will be going to Wisconsin Dells for our Qdoba. Absolutely unacceptable.
Awful customer service. I placed an order on Sunday evening and several items were missing (a large side order of rice, a large order of chips and queso, and a small side of salsa). I emailed the customer service team and received a very generic and lackluster email from the general manager, Holly Bjorge, basically saying sorry, oh well, and to come again. I emailed the customer service team again because I felt this wasn’t a decent response. I was missing quite a few items and don’t want an apology, I want my money back. The customer service team responded with the option of sending me a free meal card. I do not want that. I have given this location many opportunities and almost every time there is something wrong with my order and this has been the final straw. The email requesting my money back was sent two days ago and I have yet to receive a response or a refund. This is absolutely awful customer service. It’s not asking a lot to get money back for items I never received.
Stood at the desk ready to order for about 5 minutes and the guys behind the desk stood their and flirted with a girlfriend who was waiting for their shift to be over. Never got to order because every time I tried to initiate an order they didn’t respond. Both dudes behind the desk were average BO ridden reddit mods and should be fired. Don’t respond to this review claiming to have done something without firing people.
I’ve been a frequent for 5 years. To the point older staff new my order. The last 3 months have been horrific. I usually stop before work but have constantly been ignored when I’m the only one in line. The last time 4 of us we’re told we’d have to wait until they finished all of the online orders. I get being busy but the way a couple workers went about it was terrible. Watching a worker fold a burrito wrong was the last straw. Maybe it’s just this location but I will be going out of my way to the new Chipotle now. Sad.
Good food, fair prices, very spotty service. Plus the place is filthy. I go there weekly, and am really put off by the clutter of boxes blocking the hallway, and the dirty, behind the counter scene. Chips all over the floor, etc.
I used to go to this location all the time. Didn’t have any problems for about 2 years but now it’s awful. It’s dirty and the customer service is awful. There were 4 people who couldn’t stop their conversation to help me. Then talked over me while I was trying to order. I had to walk out mid process. I really hope they fix these problems as I loved how it was before.
Do NOT order delivery form Qdoba. I waited 1 hour before calling and she said “Too bad” and then ANOTHER hour before getting any sort of update on my food. This has happened more than one. Order form Chipolte if you want dinner at dinner time!
