We went into this location last night to dine in and were refused service. There was one other couple in the restaurant eating and we were told only one table could dine in at a time. There were many, many tables available. When asked why only one table could dine in at a time, we were told it was due to construction…. there was no apparent construction happening. This was at 7pm on a Saturday night of Valentines weekend, and they are refusing service when all other restaurants in the area were packed?? I guess they must not really want business, but that’s ok because Pizza Hut has seriously declined in the last few years. We took our business to a better pizza place and won’t be returning to this location ever again.
Twice in a row my order has not been delivered correctly. The first time I reached out to corporate as I was was unable to get through to the store and was told I would be contacted back and never was. This time part of my order was missing again and I was not able to get through to the store.
The pizza was very thin and hard and had hardly any taste. The quality of the food was not worth the money that we spent on it
My $98 order was delivered at 5:00 instead of 6:00. I wasn’t home yet so my child had to accept the order. By the time we ate everything was cold.
Pizza was delivered at estimated time which is good. The pizza was not quite as hot as it had been in the past. That is the only thing but understandable since it is winter and it takes time to deliver with other pizzas.
The pizza was amazing!! The crust was nice and thick and the supreme pizza was topped with lots of green peppers, onions and other toppings. It was perfect. Our favorite pizza.
We ended up working late so we ordered late, pizza was fresh and delicious and the employee still had a smile on his face at 10:45 p.m.
The breadsticks were cold and soggy in the center, right out of the box, like they were pre-made and microwaved for not long enough. Otherwise, everything else was fine. For what Pizza-Hut is, 4 stars.
They were clearly busy, it was right at the beginning of a Packers game. The lady at the register greeted me and went back to help with the order. She was very kind. All food was fresh and delicious. Thanks!
There is barely any cheese on the pizza. Especially having to tip, and pay a delivery fee. I was always a loyal fan of pizza hut, but last few times (witch was few,and far between), because of being disappointed all the time this was the last time I will order. Topping lack, sauce lacks, and cheese lacks.
