This post is a little late, however your manager needs a huge kudos. I don't remember his name however he was left alone to close your store a few weeks ago. He was absolutley frustrated and completely overwhelmed by how far behind he was with orders. However he handled it with the best attitude any business could ask from their employee. I will be back even if I have to wait an extensive amount of time for my pizza due to his performance. These are the people you want behind your business.
Very nice place, friendly and chatty (in a good way!) Staff who are more than willing to help with your order and even better, check for and inform you about any allergy issues you may have. Quick and friendly service, and they also offer a very nice military discount for any one who has, or is currently, serving and their significant others.
The last 2 pizzas i ordered they made wrong. So on the scond one I let them know that the pizza the made had the wrong toppings on it. So they gave me a free pizza the next time I ordered. But they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! HOW CONVENIENT!! I called 4 different times and no answer..If you dont oreder ahead it takes 2 hours for a pizza. Disappointed

My Girlfriend and I recently went in a few days ago and ordered. On both our pizzas the toppings look like they were just all put in the middle and hardly spread around on the rest of the pizza. Does anyone not have any passion with their job anymore, are the thought of people wanting their Pizza to look like it was made with care? Was bummed out and kind of disappointed about how the pizza looked.
This man refused to serve me and my black boyfriend because we had our music up loud. Yes we had the diamond 12inch on in the back. I don't see anyone sleeping in the parking lot wondering who we are disturbing. Loss of a loyal costumer. We love to buy dinner for our 5 kids at least once a week surprised he didnt recognize us. We usually pull up in my car. Well that sucks for them we definitely won't be leaving the area. We love taste of India and they don't turn the business away due to the volume of our music.
Food was good however workers could have done better presentation with my pizza.
There are several ways to order your take and bake pizza from Papa Murphy's, call, order online, or do like I did & just walk in! There is a lot to admire in this case, as there were many call in and online orders being filled. There was also a computer error, when I placed my order, but the actions and reactions of this crew will have me coming back for these wonderful pizzas again very soon! Made the way you want, right when you want! Go have them make a pizza for you, if you want! Delicious! ? ?

Papa murphy's employees are amazing. I locked my keys in my car while picking up a pizza and the guys working there were so cool about it. Let me use the phone and stay inside the store when it was cold out. These 2 were very helpful and talkative but what I really found awesome is their attitudes towards the customers they both were delivering pizzas to people vehicles due to Covid precautions. Amazing job and great pizza.
