I have given NCSB 5 stars in the past. My husband and I dined there again recently and once again they knocked it our of the park! The food is delicious. Funny thing....I don't eat steak, but every single food item is great. They have the best salad bar of anywhere I have eaten. Vegetables are so fresh and a large variety. The salad dressing are awesome too. The cleanliness of the whole place is impressive. And the staff rocks! Friendly, clean and efficient. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
Best buffet in town the lobby is clean and well organized.They can sit a party of 11, you'll have to wait for tables to clear out but its not a long wait.Food is pretty good, normal American food.All you gotta do is show up with an empty stomach and an appetite ? ?

The food is always good when we go. We were there on April 30th around 6 45 pm and as we know from previous times it is cool in the restaurant however tonight it was so cold I my daughter and Grandson were freezing. I know it was not just us as the woman at the table to the right had a blanket wrapped around her shoulders. I was so cold I did not finish my meal and went out to car and turned the heat on! We all had sweatshirts on too.

Such a friendly place! Food is consistently good. Very enjoyable experience. If you haven't tried their pork chops, try one. Very tasty
Great variety, and good service. The informal atmosphere lends itself to the home-town feel. The food is well prepared and plentiful. The steak I had was flavorful, but had been precooked and lightly broiler right before serving. Because of this, it was not really hot, but more luke-warm. It was difficult to find meat on the barbequed ribs that were available. What meat I could find was very fatty, although the taste was good. We were travelling through with little time, or I would have enjoyed finding more meat on the ribs. All in all, the meal was great value for the money, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we will return for another round when we are in the area.
A $15 buffet with $7 food.Steaks were tough and flavorless. Thought I was actually going to bend the cheap silverware just cutting one up.Cheap canned fruit on the buffet instead of fresh.Sweet and sour chicken was as flavorless as the steak, and had the uniform appearance suggesting it's just frozen in a giant bag/bucket and warmed up.Pork chops are back and probably would have been good if the entire pepper shaker wasn't applied to a single piece. They're not even whole chops, you have to fish the pieces out of a tray of rice.Overall a completely underwhelming meal that tasted like warmed up canned and frozen food.Changed to one star after the reply of "menu not for everyone" and "strive for homemade."Guess that means you canned that fruit fresh in the back and served freshly unwrapped premade dessert bars just like mom used to make
These places are good. They let you try new stuff for about 14$ for dinner. And also there is no food limit so you could blow the 14$ and eat 20$ worth of food and that's why I like buffets. But the line was long to get my beloved burger, or the steak whatever. But it was worth it. Also the cheesecake was really good also with the razzberry sherbet.
