Ok, so this is a painful review for me. I've been avoiding it for too long. I'm conflicted because it's a locally owned business (my wife even knows the owner) but I don't like the coffee. There, I said it. They do do everything else well though. Every time the staff is top notch. Always super friendly and helpful. Also the locations are always clean. The coffee is just weak in my opinion. This is just one person's opinion. Obviously they are loved by many bc they have several successful locations. Try it and form your own opinion.
Okay, so this is painful review for me because I really like the coffee and all beverages,but one Saturday I went to buy a drink and it tasted delicious but I went again on Tuesday I ordered the same drink and it didn't taste the same, literally didn't taste nothing and it's not the first time that this has happened, the employees should train well
We always make it a point to stop when we are in the LaCrosse area. One favorite is the Grasshopper, hot.
Such good coffee, and a more local company as well.
I love this place great coffees. They are so helpful and cheerful. Love them girls. Pretty fast even when busy.

There was a bit of a line when I pulled up but one of the employees was so sweet and came out in the cold to take people's orders so they could get started on our drinks. When I got to the window the employee was very friendly and polite. My hot chocolate was good. Finding a good hot chocolate is hit or miss for me. Lots of shops make them way too sweet. This was perfectly balanced. The prices are great especially for the generous sizes.
On a road trip from Washington to Chicago and haven't been able to find a good, basic mocha since we left home. Tasted like a hippies armpit.
Friendly service everytime and we love the seasonal drinks!
Consistent is not their with there flavors.
