So I went through the drive-through this afternoon. I ordered a black and white a medium. Now when I went through to pick up my order. I got my drink it was not the correct drink that I ordered. The cop was only half full wasn’t even full. I didn’t drive away I did take a drink it was cold and it was not the correct drink. Now I called the store and I let the manager know. She told me she was the acting manager. She did not apologize she was rude. I then proceeded to ask for my money back she told me she could not do that. She then hung up on me. I decided this was unacceptable. So then I drove through the drive-through again to return it. Low and behold she did not come to the window to apologize. She sent another employee to talk to me. When I was at the window she never asked me if I wanted my money back she never gave me no coupons she didn’t apologize again. I asked for the corporate phone number she walked away. I feel she’s a very bad manager I feel when I came through the window the second time she should’ve came over to me and apologized she should go out of her way for a customer
Got a double caramel macchiato and a double vanilla americano.Prices are kind of over priced for what you get, cups are rather small.The americano had zero vanilla taste, was pretty much just a string cup of joe. The Macchiato was barely hot but tasted good.Kind of a win-lose situation.Service was fast and employees were super nice.
This place was a lot of fun hope to visit again.
MOKA is a fine establishment with a wonderful staff, especially the wonderful barista, Ian. They also have very good water.
I absolutely love Moka, the coffee is great, the staff always brightens my day, my only complaint is they has no way to tip if your paying with a card and they do not have Apple Pay. I always feel terrible leaving without tipping. I just don’t carry cash ever so it’s nice to be able to show my appreciation even when I only have a card.
This barista goes out of his way to do the absolute most for his customers and is an all around wholesome young man. Way to go Ian!

I stood inside the coffee shop for 10 minutes without anyone assisting customers inside - they appeared to be dodging any form of eye contact or a simple greeting. I decided to walk out and go somewhere else. Disappointing service.
Used to be pretty slow service, but since they added the handheld ordering system, SO FAST!
