Extended family of 10 ranging from 7 to 74. Everyone found their favorites. Server Dion took very good care of us. Clearing plates as needed and with a helpful attitude. If I ran a restaurant I would definitely hire him.
Our burgers were great. Golf size cheese curds were very good. Didn’t care for the fries. They were a little over done. Got or food in a timely matter even though they seemed pretty busy. This was our first visit. Our server Colten was very friendly & informative about the menu. Portion size was big, brought half of it home.
Every time we stop, it’s always great. Had Landon for a server, super personable and made the whole experience a blast! Will be coming back soon!
Very busy so you can tell people like this place but I think there could definitely be some room for improvement as far as staff communication and efficiency. Once that is figured out you have a true winner. One day we left because we were seated (not busy that day) but nobody came to take our drink order or food order for over 20 minutes so we left disappointed. But I really wanted to try the burgers so I gave it another go a different day ordering take out. It was busy that day so I won't be too critical of my take out experience but it wasn't everything I thought it could be.
Took my husband for his birthday dinner/first time dining here. It was pretty steadily busy, we had to wait 15 mins for a table which was no issue. The waitress was nice, we ordered drinks and appetizers right away ,and received them promptly. But we ordered our burgers maybe 5 mins after ordering our appetizers and drinks and it took probably 25 mins after receiving our appetizers to get our burgers. I don't feel like it should be that long of a wait for burgers/fried food.My biggest issues were1: my cheesy hashbrowns were burnt. Plus the potatoes inside ( I managed to pick around the burt outsides) were still crunchy (raw) I was pretty disappointed and baffled how or why this would even be served to a guest.2: my husband complained about the greasiness of his burger, and that is pretty strange for him to complain about something like that, especially after having beers.. he could only even eat 1/3 of it because it was so overwhelming and gross.We won't be going back.
We ordered for carryout tonight and you guys were fast, friendly, accurate, and the food was SOOOOO good! I am so full now from this great food!
A burger for everyone, if you don't find one just right on the menu you can build your own. Prices were every reasonable and food was delicious. Our server Jacob was very polite and tended to our table wonderfully!
I've been here before and it was good. However, this time we ordered online for pick-up. I went to the curbside parking stall called the # and was told the food would be out SHORTLY.... 20 MINUTES LATER STILL NO FOOD. So I went in, tried to say something to the first server I saw but they looked at me and walked away. Then I saw the order pick-up area, so I went there. Two servers looked at me and didn't say anything. No one came over. So I finally called then # from earlier, I said I had been waiting 20 minutes for my food and they asked if I was there so I turned around and stared at the person on the phone and said yes and repeated that I CALLED 20 minutes ago. The person went behind the bar NOT THE KITCHEN AND GRAB THE ORDER. There was no " Sorry for the wait" or anything. So I got my order and went to my car. The food was COLD. THE FRIES WERE SOGGY. I should have taken pictures of the food ? The burgers and chicken were edible but the fries were not along with the lettuce. If we hadn't already waited 40 minutes to to eat I would have asked for it to be re done. The website said 17 minutes until order would be ready, then the 20 minutes waiting outside and about 5 minutes inside. I have been here before but this was the first time doing an online pick-up order. I don't know if we would come back and I don't think the servers would cared ?
My wife and I are there for the first time today. We were both super happy with our meals and service. We had the cheese curd sampler for our appetizers and they were out of this world! Our burgers were done exactly how we ordered them. I would recommend them to everyone!
