Very inconsistent of with closing times. Some nights this place stays open as advertised. Other times, they close an hour earlier.Tonight is a Friday night, advertised closing time is midnight. Stopped in at 11:07, all the lights are on but the drive through was blocked off with cones.

Tonight I went to McDonald’s for a shake 1 Diet Coke coke 1 regular coke, medium fries, and 40 piece Mc nuggets. I verify twice everything I wanted on the order and they got it but didn’t remove the third drink so I got it and got charged for it. I didn’t relize till I saw the receipt after I payed. I had no time to tell them cause when I got my order they gave the drinks first. When I told them. They first said I can keep the drink they would refund the difference and get a manager. The Mananger came, He asked if what it back on cash or card. I said cash. He asked me to pull up and he will right there. I wait a little bit and he tells me I need to give the drink back first then I will get my dollar back as he had the Dollor in his hand. I told him what happened. He said I rather believe my co worker over you. I been told him what the co worker said that I can keep the drink they will give the difference back. I verify the order twice. So this shouldn’t have happened. Plus they didn’t mark what what was diet or regular, didn’t charge the shake right either cause they couldn’t find the deal, they gave me a double cup on the drink. They didn’t mark diet or regular either. Gave me over enough sauce packets. I dought I will return to this McDonald’s. This place has a history of screwing up orders and screwing u over.

I've always order my food through doordash, great experience, love it, wonderful job on my order for the past months, but this time, today I order a caramel latte, through Doordash, i've worked in McDonald's before, but using a dome cup for a caramel latte is unnecessarily horrible, never use a dome cup for ice coffee or anything else beside the shakes, ice cream, etc....i could be drinking this ice coffee on my way to work or traveling, it could spill all over my car. It's the reason why i gave it a 3 star instead of 4 or 5 stars, seriously you guys get paid $15 per hour then anyone job. Whoever made that order train them again, cause i don't want anyone to experience what i just experienced.

This is absolutely amazing, the costumer service is Devine. The person who took my order: Brett, was super great and funny. Thank you for making my McDonald’s experience really good this is amazing.

This mcdonald’s is my favorite! and the employee Brett Is DEFINITELY the greatest employee! he works his hardest and is giving every meal with a smile!!

I had a very good survice, super nice and very good food. I'm pretty sure the person that took my order was brett??. goodjob Brett

I stopped there for lunch today and the young girl that helped in the drive thru was such a cheerfull young gal. She asked me if I wanted to hear a joke? I said yes! It was so corny but jyst made my day. Left there with a good lunch and a smile on my face.

Service was good. Love McDonald's fries! Tried the holiday eggnog pie. Surprised at how good it is.

I honestly hope the franchisee See's this and gets back to some people. I've always had great service here the family and I will pick this location all day long over others. However Nov 29 2021 as a former service worker. I understand equipment can malfunction which seemed to be the problem tonight. Both drive thrus closed I get it. However tried to order curbside to no avail only getting told on app not able to process try again 5 times later. Go to the window show my phone signaling for some help both managers look at me and decide to walk off into lobby hiding literally by soda machines as if I was never there. Humility goes a long way in any service industry. If the app is off due to being equipment errors please put out a sign or have enough decency if someone's at the window to help or say sorry the kitchen is closed even though Google says we're open. Pretty simple no?? But I guess management thought better to act oblivious and hide like school children in the lobby after seeing a customer asking for help for curbside app. Highly disappointed in the two working tonight. I sincerely hope this is only a one off incident and management will be taught the basics of humility next time

My little sister work(ed)s here, so I stop by often. I'm a brutally honest person when it comes to my fast food reviews. My reason being, it is easy and simple to improve, I know this from experience being a restaurant manager for years myself. I will say I have had but only one negative experience, I had received my order correctly, timely, and with great service, but the fries were soggy, and not salty enough. Otherwise great work guys.
