Medium speed drive through.Get annoyed with "is that it"? 2x for each item you try to order. So if you say for example you say large sprite ( no ice) They won't even hear the no ice , because there too much in a hurry asking "is that it"?Me and almost 60% of the customers have to repeat there order 4 tines, and they still mess up the order of food & drinks.I gave this place 20 chances over the last 3 years , and they messed up 18 of 20 orders of less than 8 items.I give up here.
We only eat at McDonald's maybe twice a year. Every time we get charged the right price but get screwed out of food. Would it kill you to get an order right?!?You want higher wages but can't do your job the way it is. Hell I'd pay extra to ensure the correct order! Open another lane and charge more for those who want what they ordered instead of being annoyingly surprised each time. Ugh.
Its a gamble whether you get what you ordered or not. Was the only one in line and wanted a couple burgers with no cheese, seems simple enough but somehow even with the order stickers on the wrapper they managed to screw that up. If you cant make a simple sandwich when there is nobody around why should you deserve more than $8.00 an hour wage. I get that if its busy mistakes happen but come on.

The staff at the McDonald's was extraordinarily rude to the woman before me. They had something wrong with their drink machine and were unable to provide her with the drink she had ordered prior to arriving even though they took her money and told her it would be available. When she complained about it they told her it wasn't their problem and quite disrespectful to her.The fish sandwich was lacking any flavor didn't even taste like tartar sauce and the chicken sandwich had a strange grass like flavor.Overall this is one of the worst visits I've had to a fast food place in a while
This is one of the best McDonald's. Every year when I come to Minnesota, I spend a 9 hour walk coming to this McDonald's. Crazy.
The drive thru line is long but goes pretty quick and the order is accurate. Glad to see you can now dine inside again.
Last few visits we haven’t received our full order but definitely got charged for it. Unfortunately unable to check with a car full of kids. Won’t leave again without checking.
Ordered 2 BigMac with special order of extra Mac sauce, Grilled Onions with cheese, but instead received no patties on the 2 sandwich orders. Just got the grilled onions only! Went back to ask for a refund/order of the BigMac and gave me a free BigMac Sandwich but instead again, received the two patties for 1 sandwich with no buns and condiments. Wasted my $12-$15.
This particular McDonald's had their dining room closed. I had a vehicle full of kids who wanted lunch. The only options where drive-thru or ordering off the app. I figured four kids going through drive-thru would be a nightmare. We went with the app. The app functioned perfectly. Every order was correct. We used curbside pick up and the food came out faster than drive-thru. The reason I am giving them only four stars is because the dining room was closed and now I have ketchup to clean off my seats. Staff was excellent.
