I wish I could give a lower rating! We tried to order using a coupon code but the website wouldn't work for us. So we called the store, a female employee(we didn't get her name) told us very rudely she couldn't help us. She even suggested we order from somewhere else. Before you give a canned response to file feedback at tell Marcos, I already did. We will NEVER order from Marcos again. Oh by the way this happened on May 20, 2022 at 5:30 pm. Nobody should be treated this way from any establishment.
Great experience with servers Representatives good conversation polite they know their product very well I was impressed got home food was great hot.
This had to of been the ugliest pizza I've ever received from a pizza place. I get it you're probably understaffed and underpaid but sending product out like this is terrible. I was very unsatisfied with my order here.
Love saving money on my BaZing app through Citizens State Bank. I get a free cheesy bread with the purchase of a large pizza. Service is usually decent too!
GPS has never pulled up our address. So even though Marcos has delivered here for five years, every Sunday, the young man on the phone denied us delivery!
I went here today and was sent out if the store a guy came up to the front saying they were closed, okay so I ask if any there store is open he says Onalaska. wow not exactly where I was got but I did because it's a birthday gift that expires in 2days and we are going into a deep freeze! so anyway I appreciate the manager at the Onalaska Marco's pizza! he had me come back in 20 minutes and even came out and gave it to my son! thank yoo so much for going out of your way and being short staffed and understand! you went above and beyond,and I appreciate that, thank you!
I work there as a Shift Leader/Manager. Best place for pizza's, sub's and everything on the menu. I would recommend this to all my friends and family. Prices are excellent, service is excellent. And we greet you with a smile. I ordered from them before I became an employee. And my pizza always came hot and on time. So if I could do it again. Regardless of me working there I will always continue to order their pizza's. So I give Marco Pizza 10 stars if I could.
Love the food but this is the 3rd time in the week or so I tried to order and no one can answer the phone.
Used to be good. I stopped ordering about a year ago because the pizzas started coming with so much grease it was leaking from the boxes and damaged my vehicles upholstery. The boxes were soaked through and almost falling apart. Felt I should write a review because my friends have had similar experiences in the past few months.
The best pizza we have had in sometime.
