This restaurant is horrible! I love the food, but the staff is totally incompetent. It never fails that they mess up my order or leave something out of the bag. I mean literally EVERY SINGLE TIME! We only go through the drive thru. Today I got a bucket w/3 sides and 6 rolls. I asked the guy to double check that I got everything. Guess what....got home and zero rolls! I love the chicken but can only go here a couple times a year because of the incompetent staff and the frustration it causes me. The restaurant has been the same way for years. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.
The chicken was good, the speed of service was good. Just remember to check the bag before you drive away. They forgot an order of mac and cheese for me.
Didn't receive the large coleslaw in our order. Had to drive back while my food got cold at home. Do not suggest this location!
They have really stepped their game up, the food was amazing! Everything was fresh. The change was needed. The girl that works there. Her name is Hannah, she had amazing customer service! She was so nice and made sure we had everything we ordered.
Went for lunch, the lady that took my order in drive thru was a bit rude, had an attitude and when I got to the window she didn’t even have eye contact with me. I asked for a small side dish of Nashville hot sauce, which I’ve always gotten in the past and have had no issues with getting it. But before I could say anything she snapped at me and cut me off and said “we can’t do that”The food was cold, my chicken was soggy. Biscuit was hard as a rock and cold, the 2 sides I got with the chicken were cold as well. I had to heat everything up when I got home, which I shouldn’t have to do.I love coming to KFC to get my fried chicken fix, but I don’t know if I even want to eat here anymore. So disappointed.

Ordered two 3 piece dinners through the drive thru and received honey sauce packets and no biscuits in either meals. I was not a happy camper. Oh, and no coleslaw.
No spork last 3 times i visted they always forget somthing
Forgot one of my sodas but that was the least of the issues...chicken. was old as dirt(dirt would have tasted better) and they also didnt put extra pickles on my sandwiches like I asked. This location is THE WORST for quality of food. DONT GO THERE!!
Only drive thrru open, couldn't understand worker when we ordered. Thought meal came with mashed potatoes and gravy and they didn't put butter in with biscuit.Platteville location is much better.
