Amazing food and service and the manager lady with the pink or purple/colored hair gives great service and runs the place well.
As a former employee, i feel compelled to type this. The only bad thing about Jimmy Johns on Losey is the Manager David Roraff or "Doc Chez" as he likes to call himself to inflate his own ego. Doc is the most unfriendly person you could meet. He would get annoyed at customers who ask simple questions about the menu. I've witnessed extreme sexist attitude towards female staff. He is a walking health hazard, he smells as if he gave up necessary hygiene such as bathing 20 years ago. He would constantly make inappropriate jokes that were borderline stalkerish. Jimmy Johns has only one saving grace. the amazing and fantastic Night crew.
I like the sandwiches, I wish the crust wasn't so hard.
Freaky Fast? More like Scary Slow.Placed the order at 12:53 PM, out for delivery at 1:23 PM and still no delivery. Called and spoke to the store and they said it went out with 6 other orders so it should be there shortly. I am utterly disappointed with this location for the second time in 2 weeks. Needless to say, I will not order from this location again.Edit: I live 5 minutes from this location.
I had never been to Jimmy John's. Cashier had no patience, rude, and the bread tasted like cardboard. I went there because it was close to the hospital where my son was. I only gave it one star because the guys making the sandwiches were good. If occult I would give it zero stars.
So the food was good. But it wasn't freaky fast. Nor was the order correct. I ordered oil and vinegar and got mayo. If you're worried about food allergies, this isn't the place for you. Fortunately for me, it was just a caloric choice and not a major deal. Decent food.

The lady with the green hair is a one man army, she apologized for serving me a sandwich on warm bread! Then informed me there is no way toTip her! Jimmy John’s let me tip this hardworking human!
Says the store is open until 8 PM today. Ridiculous that I drive 20 mins to find that they closed an hour ago. Please update the online hours if the store will be closing this early. Unacceptable.
