My wife called in an order at 11:15 am. its now 1:46 pm and she has no lunch. She is diabetic and really should have ate during lunch hour as her blood sugars getting low. I have tried calling she has tried calling and phone doesn't work at there location or something. Absolutely horrible service! So much for freaking fast. now 3:07pm and she left work. No food and still no answer at Jimmy Johns.

I ordered online the other day. (You can tip off the app) today, I think 2-3 days later. They updated my tip $3 more. I ALWAYS tip. But, for them to update a 10$ order to a $16 is ridiculous.

Ordered tonight and was disappointed by the quality. Subs were different sizes mine had the bare minimum of lettuce even thought I asked for extra.

Not trying to be a dick but it’s a Saturday afternoon and your driver parked the wrong way, in the yellow, right by an intersection that sees plenty of accidents with both vehicles and pedestrians. When I told her it was a terrible place to park she gave me the *sorry that I’m gonna be here for two minutes* wtf can’t just park legit and walk across the street? Lame.

The best subs ever! Never had a bad experience. Great people work there, kind and very helpful. Delivery fast! Can't find a place any better in LaCrosse.

Tough to find parking, but took advantage of a 15 min loading parking spot, you know the service is always freaky fast, I was in and out with time to spare?

Very very fast and food quality is good not great. Can't say much is special about it but it's very good non the less.

One hour to get delivered and they didn't even make the sandwich correctly. Not a big change just add hot peppers, also we didn't get straws for our drinks, and we didn't get napkins. At least they cut the pickle I guess. Worst experience with Jimmy John's.

So today a bunch of the nurses ordered sandwich and my didn't come with the other sandwich and when I called they lied about the order and said it just came in and I told them no it didn't and then said it would be a hour before it gets here... now mind you I don't have time to go downstairs to get it and they wouldn't do anything to help me out.

Almost 2 hours from when I started the delivery order. Took over an hour for order change to “delivery” status. Understandably the COVID impact is felt everywhere, but I have never experienced such a lengthy delivery from anywhere. Received a phone call and the person hung up after saying that “they’d be here shortly. Less than impressed.
