Always a good meal at Howie’s. All of their burgers are fantastic and packed with flavor. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. It gets very busy here, so make sure to get here a little bit earlier than you want to eat to make up for the potential wait to get seated. The service is very good though. One of the best restaurants in La Crosse to hang out and get a juicy burger!
Food is always excellent, and pretty easy to find 2-for-1 deals. Great Happy Hour deals if you're not there alone.
We stopped in on a wing Wednesday and were not disappointed! Amazing wings and they were huge! We also enjoyed the dynamite O Rings, they were delicious! We will definitely be back

The atmosphere was electric, due to a game that was on and the wings appetizer was awesome. We had a buffalo ranch burger and a rodeo burger. The buffalo ranch burger was good so don't get me wrong when I say it was strange cuz I'm use to that on chicken. The rodeo burger was great. My son and I split half and half on the eating of the burgers that's how I knew what they were both like. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I want to come back to try the other food they got. Awesome place. Want that rodeo burger again also. ?
Totally dissatisfied! My husband and I have been here several times for wings and rings on Wednesdays, and invited friends to join us yesterday. Found out not only stated on their website but also on the menu that wings and rings were $7.00..huh! As we were ordering we were informed that the menu and web price was wrong, so 10.99 for 7 wings..not only that but when we ordered drinks (when the waiter finally decided to materialize again) he couldn't remember which wine was whose ("Im not sure which is which"). So after tasting one of our friends and I had to exchange glasses.. really?How embarrassing to have our friends (and us) pay other than what the menu stated! The least that could have been done was to honor the menu price..will be a long time to decide to come back again!!
