Picked up a dozen doughnuts from here, they all tasted day old at best and all had randomly selected fill points some even from the bottom so the fill falls out on to you when you take a bite.I thought maybe it was isolated incident, possibly someone in training so I tried again a few weeks later.The next time I went, not only did they give me the the wrong breakfast sandwich for one of the meals but the tatertots/hashrounds where somehow burned but also coldish and soggy. As if they had been frozen tossed on a burner that was far to hot and shoved in a bag and then left to sit, or maybe cooked, then frozen, then microwaved for a very small period of time. The doughnuts were again stale, day old, with random fill points and the doughnut holes tasted of wax(?). In addition all of the breakfast sandwiches were cold.I doubt I'll return a third time.

I have always been a lover of my dunkin, but after sitting in the car for 20 minutes after being told to pull up and wait for our drink, I never want to go back. If we didn’t get out of the car and go in, we would have been sitting there for so much longer. Totally not okay to make people wait to get one drink for 20 minutes because you forgot about them.

I was in the lobby a couple of weeks ago when an older woman came in. She told the counter worker that it was almost her birthday and she was wondering if she could get just a grilled cheese sandwich. The worker volunteered to contribute $2 of her own money for this stranger who clearly couldn't afford more. She went above and beyond in such a meaningful way.

Always lazy workers working there. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches, and 4 sides of hash browns. and you could hear her over the mic saying Jesus in a rude way.

I ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich March 26th 2022 and one of the coffees was a large and was only filled not even half way and it had some weird white foam on it and the other coffee taste straight like water

Go before noon otherwise they're out of most items..certain staff are great & know what they're doing..others, not so much..donuts are good before noon when they're fresh..

Ever since the old staff left my order is always wrong. The old managers got staff all on sane page, new staff you ask for a large iced caramel latte and its hit or miss on what flavor you get, and a few times got an iced coffee. Sad day when Holly and Tish left, taking half the staff with them. Do better Dunkin...

My family ordered 3 drinks and some hashbrowns. We received the food immediately which was awesome, but then it took 20 minutes to receive 2/3 drinks and another 10 minutes to receive the last one. The store was not busy at all when we got there (we were the only ones there) but then it picked up a little bit and over 10 customers received their orders before we did. Did not get an apology for the wait. The other customers order that they forgot about after us also got helped before we did. After the 30 total minutes it took us to receive our full order, our food was soggy.

I went in just for a few donuts. I was feeling a little cakey and I stood there and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. One person was in front of me to pick up his grandchild so he didn’t even order anything. I made eye contact with an employee the second I walked in and after a few minutes another said “we’ll be with you in a moment” and I waited and waited and left. Never going back there again. Don’t waste my time and think you’ll gain a customer out of me.

My orders lately are all messed up. I ordered an egg and sausage sandwich and got burnt hashbrowns instead. . They also keep messing up my drink orders lately.
