Ordered a Philly sandwich and it was not what I ordered. When I called to let them know they offered to remake it but by the time it would've gotten there my lunch break would be over. The manager (Brian) asked what he wanted me to do about it and I suggested a credit or mail me a gift card. He replied that isnt how this works, I told him those were just suggestions since he asked, and I was told "If you're going to be arrogant, I'll hang up on you." Well Brian, if you're gonna be a dick, I'll call your boss." He claimed he was the boss (Ha Ha) and hung up anyway. Poor customer service.
Fast friendly and has at least for me order accuracy is 100% nothing bad to say whatsoever
Overpriced and awful food. Barely any sauce on the pizzas, and they weren't even cut that well. Not coming back.
Ordered a brooklyn style pizza. Got here in an okay amount of time but the crust was hand tossed and not brooklyn style. I called the store and they said they'd fix it and have the correct pizza here in around 15 minutes. It took them an extra 50 minutes and when they finally got here it was another hand tossed pizza! I would've called again but it was already passed 3 by the time I opened the pizza. I have reached out to customer care and demanded a full refund. I better be getting one because that's two wrong pizzas and an extra 50 minutes of my time wasted!
Always good food! Very convenient after a long day! I would definitely recommend this business!
This location is actually better then any other Dominos I have had. Of all the places I have been all Dominos are usually the same. There is something about the staff that and the quality that warrants 5 stars.
I have continually had excellent service. I find that if something goes wrong, they immediately apologize and offer something in return. All staff are professional.
40-50 min delivery time been going two hours still no word on a Tuesday night and it said it has been in quality check for an hour and a half so if it does come it will probably be cold
Pizza is perfect and so is the dessert. Was delivered really fast too.
No complaints about the delivery drivers and the cinnamon twists are decent. That’s why the stars aren’t lower. But twice now I’ve received questionable pizzas that are so unevenly cut that it’s hard to pull the slices apart ultimately necessitating me having to tear my pizza apart. My first pizza was unevenly cooked with not enough cheese making my pepperoni too spicy. The most recent pizza I requested extra cheese and Parmesan packets. I received neither. I requested half and half with my toppings and they seemed just thrown all together. I tried to file a complaint on the dominos website, didn’t seem like it went through, the site just tried to offer me deals as an apology. I don’t want deals, I want change. I would like a decent pizza. Hopefully posting here will do something since corporate seems more concerned with offering apologies.
