Came to pick up a cake ordered a week ago walked In to grab and was stopped as I walked into the lobby and told the dining area was closed and was told to go to the drive through so here I sit (MISSING MY DAUGHTER PARTY) FOR 25 MINUTES. thanks. Just got the cake spelled name wrong really guys I missed 45 minutes of a 3 hour party that I paid 225.0 dollars for awesome

Considering the chronic short staff problem most fast food places are facing the staff is friendly, service and atmosphere are great. Food is incomparable!
Dysfunctionally slow. It literally took them 20 minutes to make me 4 chicken strips. That is not an exaggeration. Cooks were arguing. Employees were grossly incompetent.
Never go here unless you have all night to wait. Gone here multiple times and always at least 30-45 minutes just to get ice cream, which is ridiculous!
Went to buy lunch for myself and my 2 year old son before going to the museum. Only to find out we have been eating moldy good. I'm completely discusted and upset that the two mangers present failed to train their staff and keep their food fresh and clean. When I returned to the store they had nothing but excuses. This excuse came from the store Manger as well as the district Manger who happen to be there the same day. They offered me another sandwich, seriously like I was going to risk eating your food again given the off chance you would also spit in it. They was not helpful at all and food was very very bad and a health risk. Eat at your own risk.
Please get Danita (name on receipt so if this wasn't you I'm sorry) some help! She was the only one working at DQ today taking all the orders, cooking all the food, and managing everything. Had I known she was there all alone I would have went elsewhere just to cut her a break so she could catch her breath.She is very nice and she's doing all she can.-1/2/22

The saddest, most half-hearted attempt at a meal I've ever gotten at any DQ. Managed to fail to give me the extra gravy they charged me for, failed to add extra hot fudge to my Blizzard they charged me for, left in choco chunks I specifically asked to be excluded from my Blizzard, had random cookie dough pieces and a cherry piece in my Blizzard, the toast was chewy and soggy...I'm hard pressed to come up with anything they managed to do correctly, much less well. If you're feeling DQ, definitely stay well clear of this location.
