Every time I've been here they have been super nice and very quick. We'll definitely keep coming back!
Very uncustomizable food menu. The beyond meat sandwich is labeled as vegan, but this is NOT a vegan sandwich as it contains cheese and eggs, and is not customizable at all. Earl grey tea lattes can ONLY be hot at this location, which is confusing since all it takes is some freaking ice. Not impressed.
Their drinks are delicious. I love a nice hot cup of their turtle mocha. I stop in there almost everytime I pass by there. Don't miss out. The Baristas are always super nice.
Caribou puts Starbucks and the local moka coffe shops to shame.. their flavors taste better.. the prices are a little cheaper and no matter what I order it never tastes watered-down.. my order is never wrong and all of the ladies are always in a great mood.. also even when it's busy I'm not sitting in line waiting all day like I have at the others multiple times.. I refuse to go anywhere else now?♀️
Ham, swiss, egg on a spiral croissant. ..Yummy! Turtle mocha coffee....wowza.Tantalize my taste buds and support a Midwestern chain to boot. Great location, cute building. Best 'fast food' sandwich I've had in a long time! Lines not painfully long.
2nd best Caribou Coffee location (Onalaska location is 1st ?). Staff here is just as friendly as Onalaska. Product the same ???.

This was not a good experience. I came over for the first time because the line at Starbucks was to the street. There was no line at Caribou but waited awkwardly long. Got my coffee and it was half filled with foam, and it is definitely burnt. It taste like black coffee. Very disappointed. Would rather waite elsewhere then spend money on this trash.
My favorite! Friendly staff, great food, and delicious coffee.
