Went to this location at about 5:15pm on Sunday. The guy on the intercom was pretty mean. He got audibly disgruntled when we tried to add a mobile pickup to the order. His entire tonality was annoyed and frustrated. We're not Karen's. We're mid 20s, laid back and ordered normally. I then had to cancel my order because he said we could only do 1 phone coupon per car. We then sat in the drive through for a solid 6 minutes before we just decided to go somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous and I dont think this is the standard Burger King wants for their company. I would seriously look into this declining location if I was corporate and consider training management to handle this location better. It's been at a pretty obvious decline and the food here is substantially lower quality to the competition in the area.
I think it's better than MacDonalds but not as good as Culver's
Usually food is cold or my order gets canceled due to it being unreachable ?
Sat there for 25 minutes in the drive thru after ordering and paying for 3 chicken sandwiches. We got home and the order wasn't even correct.
Stopped here at 6:48pm the lady at the drive through told me they were closed. There sign says 7:00
This place has stepped up service and quality over the years!
Showed up at the drive thru at 6:45 & they was closed an hour early & we had 2 cars in front of us & 4 cars behind us
Had a great impossible burger. Made to order quick and tasty! Fries were perfect as well.
The food was fast and it met minimal standard to be considered food. Nothing much else about this location though. The veges on the burger was a little stale... the chicken steak was over cooked and a little dry. But, it is a fastfood restaurant. I'm not expecting gourmet burger. It meets the basic standard of being fast and serving food ?
