I order online they said they took my order for delivery never got it and they said they cant get me my money back untill they call the dasher when the door dasher was waiting in the restaurant for more than 10 min for my Order and while i was on the phone with the dasher and told the cashier she never got the order !
My family ordered through Door Dash tonight, and after waiting for over an hour and a half, the restaurant just canceled the order, but they are currently still accepting NEW orders to be placed. The ridiculousness of the situation and the way that the restaurant handled this is unacceptable.
We've ordered 3 times from Wingstop. Each time they either ran out of what we ordered or delivered the incorrect or missing food. I'm sitting outside of their shop and there are 15 angry people all waiting for their orders. We are never eating here again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
This is the third time we’ve had our order messed up. From not giving us our extra side of fry’s, hair on our wings (gross). Now today they burnt our order of buns. They are like hockey pucks! And last two times I called to complain I was informed that a manager would not be on shift until after 9pm. Really!! Extremely disappointed!!
Missing wings and they were cold not very pleased ? this is ridiculous i usually have no problems but this is the second time in a row were my order has been messed up . Why can’t they get it right ?
Usually have a good experience this time I did not . My fries were cold and I asked for light seasoning on the fries … it was most definitely not light seasoning . There was way to much seasoning on the fries because all what you could taste is the salt it was gross . And I ordered the thigh bites and I was not impressed ! They were small and crunchy . Usually never have any bad expierences with Wingstop but this time was a ?
I love this restaurant but this the second i get food poisoning from here. I got it 3 days ago. This needs to be brought up to corporate
The Kenosha Wingstop is miles ahead of the Waukegan and Gurnee, IL locations. I travel from Illinois just to order from this location. Not all Wingstops are created equal.
Put an order in online and I went to pick it up, the gentleman said they never got it and there is nothing he can do for me, this was after waiting for 1.5 hours. Finally someone miraculously found my order and gave me my 15 cold wings. Place has gone down hill after new owners took over.
