We love Wendy's. The frosty is the best. They're very efficient. Fast service. A very nice young man works at the counter. I told him what a good worker he was and he got a huge smile on his face and thanked me. I'm sorry I don't have his name. My husband loves the double stack and says it's good every time. We go there every time we're in the area. Try it. You'll be happy you did.
Gave us the wrong size soda and fries when we said something they gave us a new size drink and took the fries and dumped them in a large box but didn't add fries so ultimately it was still the wrong size fry and they were cold and gross. Heading next door to Arby's now to many issues at this location when we go.

As someone who works in customer service I think it is important to recognize excellent service. We came through the drive thru today on the start of a family road trip. Wendel took fantastic care of us. Everything that was supposed to be in the bag was, and he even made sure to give us the extra ketchup that was asked for. Thanks to his care we were able to start our road trip off right! Thank you Wendel!
Good when made correctly. Numerous time I get onion on my burger when I say no onion and sometimes my dipping sauce is forgotten. Drive threw service is usually slow
I don't do biscuits. I ordered croissant sandwich but when I opened my sandwich afterwards I found damg biscuit. Edible but so dry. Glad I had ☕ coffee chaser. Last 2 orders I got last month were cold. Slow it down,. Do it right.
Food was fresh and prepared quickly. Forgot a couple items in my order, but overall good service and friendly staff.
