I don’t know about the morning, but during the night every time I’ve been there they took a lot of time to make the food.It supposed to be a fast food restaurant.It seems like the owners doesn’t care about how the workers are doing their job ?We waisted a lot of time by going there.
I went to this location today. I made an order using the Wendy's app and waited over 30 minutes once I arrived. When I got the order, I was missing items including the premium sandwich that I ordered. When I called the store about this, I was hung up on. Won't be back
Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru. The only thing I ordered was 4 piece kids chicken nuggets meal and they gave me a kids cheese burger.Terrible!!!
The food can be delicious.... if they are fully cooked. The wait is horrible as they still refuse to open their lobby
I would give this store a zero score if I could. We had gone through drive thru on Saturday the 15th of January all our food was cold french fries soggy. We complained and the manager Duncan said they would replace our food. So we went back on the 17th food still cold fries were just as bad. Bacon on hamburgers was raw. I will never go to another Wendy's ever again.
Half hour wait times in the drive thru are absolutely ridiculous when the dining room is closed. Does management not care about this location? Terribly slow staff. Not to mention the guy at the window having a 5 minute conversation with the girl at the window.
I went through the drive-thru on Friday the 14th, when I got our food home ($19.90) our fries were soggy and cold, our burgers were cold and the bacon on them was rubbery. The only thing that tasted correct was the dipping sauces for the cold nuggets. We called to let them know and they replaced our whole order and unfortunately the food was the same except for the nuggets, they were hot. Duncan, the manager never apologized but said "give me the receipt". That's all we heard from him. Very unpleasant visit again. I have given them 2 chances and that is all I will give them
Worst service ever. The male worker sucked his teeth when I asked for a manager who was worse yet. That’s the main reason I don’t eat Wendy’s or order anything. I’ve been to Wendy’s twice in the last two years and each time the service gets worse. If it’s possible I won’t ever buy, visit, or eat anything Wendy’s.
My food tasted great, but wow Wendy's has gone downhill with their cost/value ratio.$5 biggie box is a biggie? For who? My 1 month old? ?
Kris in drive thru was extremely friendly and respectful. As someone who works in customer service, I appreciated the positive attitude and not negative. He displayed great customer care and made me and my wife very welcomed. I will be returning again soon and I hope he is working.
