I ordered 4 of the same 4 for $4, a dollar chicken sandwich, and another sandwich. The sandwiches were in a separate bag which was ok. The issues I had were I asked for regular nuggets they put spicy on the receipt and gave spicy nuggets. The nuggets and fries were also thrown in the bag together making it hard to sort through the food. When I went in and politely asked for new fries and nuggets the manager got mad saying I know we didn't throw them in the bag like that. He then told his workers to bag 4 for 4 with separate bags. Once home I ate the chicken sandwich. It was SO DRY. SO THIN, IT DOSNT EVEN TASTE LIKE CHICKEN! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS WENDYS!!!
just now NEW I just experienced the worst with them today. My boyfriend and I went thru the drive area, and the girl working at the window was completely unprofessional. We tell her we want two separate payment types. 16. On a card then the rest in cash. She says to us, she has to do cash first then card. She closes the window you see her laughing and goofing around. She opens the window back up to tell us she charged the full amount to the card. To my disappointment, I tell her to do a refund and to do it correctly. She laughs and says she's unable to do that. So I said I'd like to speak to a manager. She closes the window once more. Hands us the food and to conclude with a good evening. So I said, no manager?! So this will be the very last time I order from this location. Stop hiring incompetent staff members and respect the customers. Corporate is being called .
Whoever they have working here now sucks. I hey can’t get my order right. They have the nerve to call ME a liar when I specified exactly what I wanted. They didn’t even offer to give me anything free for THEM forgetting items in my order. I had to go back to find out not one not two but THREE items were missing. It’s not that hard to read an order correctly and fulfill it. Don’t give these losers any of your money!
Always fresh food and I never have a anything missing from my order!
Some of the workers are bit rude and lazy, a few mess around. I don't know what the mangers do but it doesn't seem like they are ever around. I pray for that store and some of the good employees
The food came out fast but fries came out semi cold when getting them. Overall the place looked some what clean and order was made right besides of what I said about the fries.
Kids and I love a real quick bite and the prices are reasonable. Food is as always ? delicious.
I wish I could rate this location less than 1 star or take stars away from them. Stopped here for lunch today, sat in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes waiting on one sandwich, 4 chicken nuggets and a tea. Once at the window, the employee was very rude, threw our food at us and shut the window. Once we left, we opened the bag to find out they gave us the wrong food! We weren't able to return as we had to get back to work. 1/10 would not recommend this location. Management needs to work with the employees.
Fries were cold! Guaranteed to be fresh and hot. THEY WERE COLD AND OLD!!
Waited in the drive through 22 min, 17 of which were after I ordered. Expected better. Won't be back.
