Not only were we in line for 15mins. When the car in front of us finally got their food the employee started texting and proceeded to go to the front counter to talk on his phone. We gave him 5 mins and 2 honks before we just left.
Good Food. Great Customer Service. Sometimes They Get A Little Behind But It's Fine.
Extremely extremely slow service, can’t seem to get the order right despite coming to pick up an online order which they can be dry easily see. Managed to forget things and gave things that weren’t in the order… all in all very bad service
Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant ever. The burger was 1/2 missing and didn't get my fries. Refused to remake burger and was told if we didn't like to go to McDonald's. Also when the people in front of us tried to order food and needed a minute to look at the menu they were told to look elsewhere. Unreal. Also a bunch of teenage kids running in and out of the store even tho it says the lobby is closed.
Tried to go through the drive thru and was told they are only accepting online orders and they told us to leave. I have never experienced that before in my life. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. TERRIBLE!
Wow the woman that served the window this morning was as pleasant as could be. Mornings are tough for some people and she made it a delight. Thanks to you and thanks to Wendy. Best fast breakfast out there.
Usually pretty good, and the commercial did not lie, their fries are the ? However alot of the time it just seems like the employees don't want to be there and it's ashame I wish they took more pride in their job... ?
Slow but accurate. I've never had a wrong order at this location and I've been ordering here for over 15 years. I've even had staff introduce me to better deals and help me get a better deal for my buck. Honestly, I feel like this location cared about my meal compared to other locations just trying to stay open.
Very rude staff today November 26th between 10am and 10:15 am my order was all wrong and its like when ording from the app they are very careless about the order. staff needs to be retraining and get better on there customer service. How is it they are mad at me because I returned a incorrect order management need to step in on this branch
Ordered DoorDash or at least attempted to. Prefer processed confirmed and cancelled all at the same time and then they don't want to answer the phone. There drive thru line of always long and slow. The staff is rude and always acting like they have something better they could be doing. When you pull up to the order box it's never good morning or anything reflective of the time of day, it just what do you want like we're interrupting their day.
