Food was excellent!! Very friendy. Theresa was awesome. So friendly and shared stories of the family restaurant and their other locatiins. She shared stories of her grandma and memories in italy. Very welcoming. She made us feel like we there as part of the family, reminiscing about great memories. Will definately go back. Our new favorite restaurant!!!
The atmosphere and food was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter was great but he seemed a little frazzled and delayed with service to our table, but he did a great job nonetheless. All in all, I would definitely visit again.
First visit. Some wine and meal choices not available this visit. Overall, food, service and atmosphere was nice. Will be back once kid moves into college. Going a second night and seeing your server from the night before eating there with their family is a good sign!
This place was a pleasant surprise. Overall staff was great, food was above average, and ambience very nice. Price is on the higher end but not unreasonable. Some of the pasta sauces were very good and pasta cooked to right texture. Meat did get overcooked and chewy so that was the main downside.Overall, I would say this is a good typical Italian place. While calling it authentic would be a stretch (it was not comparable to the amazing food in Italy/Tuscany or the excellent Italian restaurants in Chicago), for a place off highway near Kenosha, it definitely was above expectations and satisfying.
Treated so incredibly poorly when we walked in. Was rudely asked if we had a reservation upon entering. Didn’t think we had to at 4:15 on a Sunday. Said it was a 30 minute wait. The blonde woman in charge didn’t even ask for our name. I Asked if we could wait at the bar and she completely ignored us. Someone else working said sure. The blonde woman went behind the bar to give a customer a drink. So I went up there to order a drink while we waited for our table and she said sorry, she was too busy to give me a drink. I have never been treated so poorly from the instant I walked in with my family for that matter. I don’t care if they were short staffed or not. It was the worst service we had ever experienced. We promptly took our business elsewhere. I would never dine at this establishment ever.*in response to your reply: there was not a hello or any sort of welcome upon our arrival. Only rudeness. And actually, I do come from a restaurant background so I do know what is entailed in accommodating 1000s of customers in a week. And I do know what good, decent basic service looks like. Whether it is restaurant week or not or you were short staffed, no one should innocently walk in your establishment and be treated like that. It’s customer service 101.
Surprised to find this cute Italian eatery. The menu had tons of options plus an extensive drink menu. The food was great and the atmosphere was very Italian, though a bit loud.
From the outside I was a little sketched out, but the inside was lovely and cozy. Very nice staff and delicious food. Would recommend.
Amazing Customer Service!...I placed an order online for a Friday, but the order confirmed for same day! (Admittedly, user error) I called the restaurant and Anita was incredibly kind about the situation. While on the phone she stopped our order. Anita even promised to put our order through personally on Friday! She saved the day and again was friendly and professional. If the food is even half as good as the service I'll be back!----Update: The food is phenomenal! Everything we had three entree and one pizza with two apps ... Every bite was delicious.WE ARE GOING BACK!
I recently planned an event at Tuscany in their back room and it was such a pleasant experience. Theresa was so kind and easy to work with! The area was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was wonderful! We all had a wonderful time. I will continue to recommend Tuscany for dining and now also for events!
There staff and food are both amazing they know how to treat people and take care of what ever you need and will give you suggestions if your undecided and help anyway they can.
