I use to work here so I kind of know how busy and crazy it can get. I try to keep that in mind every time I order or stop in. Every time I’ve ordered in the past 2 months my orders been wrong, missing food, just unsatisfactory . If you even call to try to get things fixed they just say they’ll call you back. It’s so disappointing because I really do miss the atmosphere and food that use to once come out the kitchen. Now it’s like a bunch of teenagers running a hangout spot.
I highly appreciate the vegetarian/vegan options. Such an awesome thing to see priced fairly and equally wit everything else.. y'all are beyond beautiful for that. May the lord reign his love down onto all of you and shine onto you his wonderful and loving spirit forever and ever-more. Dear Lord, please bless trolly dogs restaurant and have your angels protect anybody who comes in there or works there.... Hallelujah amen thank and you Jesus!

I went to this place with a friend to each order 2 Chgo Style hot dogs and the best part of a Hot dog is the nice warm steamed bun all we received was 4 hot dogs with cold hard buns I would never recommend this place or go back there to eat ever again so I hope most take my advice on how bad the service is at this place you would be better off eating some where else.
The dogs? Immaculate? The fries? Immaculate. Good service, short wait time, clean dining area and conveniently located.
The fries were great, other than they were spilled onto the plastic tray which was washed last? They were crisp, hot and excellent. The Chicago dog lacked the snap which the right casing provides…. So you had a steamed dog you’d get from a vendor at the ballgame with fixings…. Problem was the fixings, like pickle and tomato were so cold they cooled off the hot dog! I also tried the Francheezy, but it was so flooded with cheese sauce that I barely knew there was bacon wrapped around the dog despite scraping off most of the cheese. The buns were also steamed and too soft. Interesting place but the workers were unfriendly and indifferent. I would not return.
Horrible food! Not sure what happened to the quality that used to be Trolley Dogs, but it clearly has become non-existent! Chicken nuggets were so bad my grandson refused to eat them, my hotdog was cold and the bun was hard and stale. I'd give ZERO stars if it was an option! Don't waste your time, stay away from Trolley Dogs!
Dogs were pretty good. Prices were a bit on the high side, and the trolley on the ceiling didn't move or light up or anything ?
I only picked up for UberEATS so I can't comment at all about the food. However the place was really nice the staff was very friendly and everything in there smelled amazing I will be going there soon to get some food for myself
