I normally don't leave reviews but this pizza joint has me Ecstatic. Not only was the service 10000% perfect, but the food tasted like a drop of Italian paradise. I have been a pizza fan all my life and after today I will always come to this Toppers. keep up the great work and if you haven't yet give the crew a bonus. THUMBS UP
Great Pizza!!! I'm from Chicago, I have my spots here. I was in Wisconsin, not really familiar with most places. Seen it on line, read a few reviews, they were pretty much the only ones open.(11:00 pm). Ordered, got it, it was great!!! I liked that the vegetables were added after baking. It's just really good pizza. I will be going back when I'm in town.
We placed our order at 5:50 and got an eta of 6:30, 7 and our food still hadn’t shown up so I gave them a call and they said our food was the next to be delivered and that they were a little backed up, which I understand. Called again at 7:30 since still…no food. Got told someone is picking it up shortly to bring it to us. 8 comes and I call again and was told that someone was on their way to us with our order. 8:30 I called again…because still no food, and was told that it hasn’t been picked up yet. 8:45 and I was at the store to pick it up myself. Get home, sit down to finally eat 3 hours later, and my gluten free pizza, is not gluten free.
This is the nasty pizza they took an hour to deliver to me! I’m suppose to feed this to my kids? Over-cooked & dry. $31 for this & when I called to complain, I had to pay ANOTHER delivery fee ($4)?!? It wasn’t my fault you sent me garbage. I was told 30 mins but of course it was another hour. Wont ever order from them again.
Honestly terrible service. My order was wrongI called immediately after opening the pizza box. To get the order corrected and it took them 1:15 mins to send me a medium cheese pizza. Super irritated, they did correct it by giving me a refund, but terrible service
Our regular pizza go-to when we don’t feel like cooking at home. Our order is ALWAYS delivered on time and correct, and the drivers that deliver are AWESOME. When we do pick up, it’s always ready when we need it and they’re super friendly. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK.
My party was largely unenthused with the food. The macaroni and cheese curds were outright bad, while two of the pizzas were just ok. The one vegan pizza that we got was the best item and really quite good.
The entire staff around 7pm today were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were very friendly and the service was fast, would definitely recommend coming to the Kenosha Toppers!
Pizza here is easily one of the best I've ever had, not only they are pretty fast to deliver, I love that it always arrives hot, would also like to point out that as a costumer I feel appreciated the times I get to visit the establishment since employees look happy and with a chill attitude, which makes me feel welcome, keep up the good job!
I come here probably once a week and my order is always ready and fresh. Never really had a complaint since the guest service is awesome and the food always tastes delicious.
