This Taco Bell needs a lot of help. I use the BP quite often to fill up and have attempted to order Taco Bell but always run into problems. Giving me the incorrect items. Not the correct drinks or size. Today was the last time I'll visit this establishment.After waiting for a carry out order for 15 minutes, I stood at the counter and waited for them to ask me about my order. They told me they lost my order and never saw the order come across. I had overheard them talking about a mix up in orders and I knew what happened. I played along because I didn't want to cause a scene.The person in charge was having problems with giving me my refund after admitting someone took the safe keys home the night before. After another five or so minutes of them helping other guests they finally were able to figure out how to give me my money back to my card.If you are thinking about getting food here please visit another Taco Bell. Worst customer service I have ever endured. Not once did they apologize for the situation. Had to pull out my phone to prove the charge to my account.
I don't know where they get their staff but these people are super polite and fast
Stopped on the way back to Milwaukee from flight into O’Hare on 3/26 at around 10:30 at night. The person taking orders was very friendly and our completed order was 100% accurate. No complaints at all.
This Taco Bell was so accommodating! We had a large truck and their lobby was closed but they still served us! And the food was exceptional! It really hit the spot! We never had fast food that looks just like the commercials. The food was so hot the chicken quesadilla was gooey and delicious!
Quick stop while traveling, order was correct, staff was pleasant.
When I eat from Taco Bell I am usually on my toilet for hours.I only get three tacos, two burritos, and one large sprite refilled three times. It was all worth it.??????????
I had the best burrito Supreme here in a long time. This was amazing! Will be stopping again!
It is NOT open till 2 am. I went there shortly before midnight on Saturday night. Dining room was locked. Tried the drive through. The person said they were closing down and if I wanted something it would take 20 minutes. Very unfriendly. Never again.
This is a great location kind of hidden didn't even know it was there. Shout out to the employees that actually care and make tacobell a great experience and food the way it was intended to taste
