My husband is always happy to come here. I like it ok. I just wish they'd bring back the double beef burrito Supreme :D that was my go to back in the day
Stopped for a quick bite and picked up dinner for my daughter had ordered a chicken cantina box with the chipotle chicken taco the chicken supposed to be a steak quesadilla and then they beefy five layer burrito the quesadilla turned out to be little bits of chicken and cheese when it was supposed to be steak not real thrilled with it and the one side was even burnt on it and then we thought we had two tacos and it turned out it was a taco and a chalupa not real thrilled with the performance of this particular taco bell and probably won't be going back to the store.
Ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme made fresco (made vegan- without cheese and sour cream). Had to repeat the order multiple times and confirmed order to 2 different people to make sure and I received meat filled Crunchwrap supremes instead
Dining room is FILTHY. Makes me wonder what the food prep area looks like. Food is slapped together, you'll take bites of ingredients one at a time, rather than being spread across the item properly. With how little care is being taken here I am concerned that food safety and cleanliness in the food prep area is not being taken seriously.
We’ve had two experience now where we get down the road and don’t have the hot sauce we asked for. Taco Bell is nothing without the hot sauce.
Stuck at the drive thru for 45 mins. I should have known better. It's not the first time but it's the last
Well first they didn't give me a receipt, then they forgot a meal. Then my bag tore at the bottom. When I got to my destination and took all the stuff out before it all went on to the floor there was a big hole on the bottom of the bag and some of the tacos were flaten while others look like they had just been thrown together the condiments were all over the place. If I could post a picture I would! This is disappointing since I've always thought this Taco Bell to be better than any other in Kenosha ??♀️
Has gone down in taste of food. Not sure what they did to there meat but it is horrible!
There are times where the food is amazing but most times it's just ok. It's a very hit or miss experience.
Got my order wrong completely, went back and asked to have it fixed, they clearly didn’t understand that I was just asking for a dorito taco WITH sour cream not ONLY sour cream but they wouldn’t even listen to me. Very simple, just a regular Doritos taco with sour cream, they gave me a doritos taco with ONLY meat and sour cream, no cheese, no lettuce, nothing. It was terrible. Why did I even bother to try and get the order I wanted if I was going to get it completely wrong again. I’m disappointed especially after starving at work all day.I will not be spending my money here again. Waste of money. Worst Taco Bell in town.
