Ordered a Chicken Power Bowl, which was a joke. The container was less than half full, however that could have been because they didn’t put the chicken in the container. The Soft Shell Taco Supreme was less than half of what it used to be in size and quality. My suggestion would be to spend a few cents more and go to one of the local Privately owned Mexican Restaurants and get a bang for your buck. LaFogata, El Serape and etc and get real Mexican Food as to quality and cost. They also won’t forget to put your chicken in your bowl. Taco Bell would need to get much better to SUCK.

I have ordered on 2 separate occasions online for pickup. There first time ordered everything without tomatoes... Loaded with extra tomatoes ??? 2nd time ordered 2 $5 boxes, one Crunchwrap Supreme and the other with Chalupa supreme and fiesta cheesy potatoes. They asked if there order looked correct on the screen, it did, proceeded forward and picked up my food. Got home to find moo Crunchwrap Supreme but 2 Chalupas instead and no potatoes. To to it off, it's called a supreme because there is SOUR CREAM ADDED. NO SOUR CREAM!!!! I asked about the sour crab after they told me at there window and told me since I ordered in the app, I would have to "complain" in there app. 2 weeks and no reply. DO NOT GO HERE

ordered thru drive thru and it took over 15min. had ordered a nacho bell and when i got home it had NO meat a tiny spoonfull of beans a drip of sour cream and 4 little pieces of tomato. this was the last time i will ever go there

This location is very hit or miss. I never feel confident placing a mobile order for them because I never know if they’re actually open. Even then If they’re open, half the time their Sales system isn’t even working so they can’t take your order and might as well just be closed. All in all when they’re actually open (and functioning) I haven’t had much problem with them lately.. the biggest struggle is actually being able to order your food (which generally makes me drive farther to a different location just to avoid this one).

Worst restaurant in all of Kenosha. The employees here are like rejects from the cast of “Meatballs” and have no business serving customers. An employee actually said to me “we can settle this outside” when I asked for a refund and was told “sorry, fam, I can’t do that.” If you go to this Taco Bell, prepare for a fight.

VERY nice staff, they each greeted me right away, welcomed me with real enthusiasm, the lobby was nice and clean, and they got the order out quickly.I can't even get a half second of eye contact at the 52nd street location, much less any acknowledgement. They will actively ignore me.I've never had a problem at this location, though. I hope they all had a good night, i appreciate them!

Horribly expensive for fast food! last time I was there I was told I had to place my own order because they had no counter staff

Arrived at about 1:20PM on 12/17/2021. Waited 10-15 minutes to place an order before I gave up and walked out. During that time it was a circus.The staff never greeted me nor the other customers in line, even once. One of the staff had their 2 young sons (approx 7-10 y/o) running around the kitchen waiting for their custom food.One of them tied their shoe by placing their foot ON TOP of the front counter in front of customers.Another staff was audibly complaining about taking Ibuprofen and still not feeling well- while preparing food for the drive-through. Oven alarms were going off the entire time (10 min +).Taco Bell definitely needs to audit the store. I understand babysitters can cancel and scheduling is hard... but food sanitation can get someone sick. That is inexcusable.

This location is a joke. Either they are out of ingredients and cannot offer you the basic items on the menu or their systems are down and they cannot sell you anything. Either way you're dealing with a staff that has no customer service skills and is rude.Drive two miles away to the good Taco Bell and put this owner out of business.

THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE AUDITED BY TACO BELLI don't have very high expectations for taco bell but this location is terrible. Store is always closed for some reason or another at random times of the day. If you're lucky enough for it to be open don't expect a friendly customer service experience. Every single employee (including at least one manager) seems inconvenienced to process your order. A dining room open sign remains clung to the window even though it has been closed for months and would take a single employee seconds to remove.As a door dash driver this is the worst location in all of kenosha to get assigned orders. They are constantly saying they are not taking orders for various reasons at random times of the day, busy or not. (more than once ivd been told they weren't making a customer's order simply because it was too big). This has been an ongoing issue for months and management doesn't seem to care. The least they can do when they decide it's time to stop making delivery orders is let those delivery companies know. I can't even guess how many orders customers payed for and never received from this location. Nearly every time I've been able to pick up an order from this place something was missing in the bag. I have stopped accepting orders from this location while dashing and make the drive to the 52nd st location when I want it for myself.
