I stood in line for 26 mins, 20 mins behind a truck that was frustrated because no one answered the microphone; then I waited another 6 mins at the microphone, but no one spoke, so I drove to the window. Their manager named ‘Lupe’ said she would not take the order at the window, and I needed to go back in line or come inside to place the order. I told her I had already waited 26 mins, and no one answered, and the same thing happened with the truck in front of me who also left; she said I would not take the order and you could go back. I told her I would not return to that restaurant again and left. Good Job – Lupe!
Food was good. The staff was great. Super clean and friendly
You should just drive up to the drive through and tell them to throw a bunch of stuff in a bag because that is literally what they do. The last 5 times we’ve done the online ordering they forget stuff. Tonight we were super excited because all the stuff was there. However, nothing was labeled everyone’s boxes were filled with the wrong things. It’s completely ridiculous.
Great place, nice people. Quick to make the food and got my order to me in a matter of minutes.

Oh my God, tonight I've had to come to this location to pick up 4 doordash orders and the guy in the Drive-Thru who only had 2 brain cells left killed them by smoking pot so he has no idea what the hell is going on. I'm all for smoking pot I am but not when it makes you too stupid to handle drive-thru.
This TB location always delivers with accuracy and great service.
A consistent disappointment.Long wait even without a line. Food is often undercooked and barely wrapped so your cold take out will spill all over. They don't seal the boxes to keep them from spilling open and often there are greasy hand smudges and sauce all over the outside of the box. Finally, I've been served stale food that is clearly gone bad here as well as not received things that I ordered and paid for.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Waited in line for 20 minutes, was charged for something I did not order. My food was spilled in the bag, there were no napkins in the bag or sauce even though I was asked twice what kind of sauce I wanted.
