Probably the last time I'll shop here. The two at the cash register were clueless. Ordered a travel mug refill. Was charged for a regular coffee. Not the first time. All other Starbucks charge for a refill. They rang it up wrong so the (very pleasant) barista got the order wrong. The point of using a travel mug is to reduce waist. When it was rung up wrong the same amount of waste was created increasing everyone's cost.From now on I'm going to the Starbucks in the Pleasant Prairie Outlet Mall. A few short minutes away.
I hate to even write this but, I was forced to after experiencing horrible service.I had to wait 10 minutes before ordering due to one of Barista taking a large order over the phone. I knew then I should have just walked out.After placing my order I had to wait 30 more minutes. The employees there had a very nonchalant attitude.I politely asked for a refund. I will never come back to this location.
This is my favorite Starbucks around best drinks, convenient location , staff is awesome. But for some reason lately they just make their own hours up like today they decided to close at 1 pm every day there hours seem to change
Seriously can’t understand what the problem is. Staff is always friendly, but orders have been wrong and/or served cold two days in a row, different locations. I appreciate the fact staff is showing up to work, but if the quality continues to decline, I’ll definitely go spend my money elsewhere.
Had a GREAT fast and friendly experience along with service! I can definitely see me going back to this location! I believe our staffers name was Fay. She was ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!

Friendly staff, but the most disgusting Starbucks I've ever been to. I mean you really have to be neglectful to let it get this way. So the floors were filthy in the food production area and the bathrooms. Now I wouldn't have cared so much except for the flies. Dozens of flies near the espresso machines, the lobby, and especially inside the food display case. Photos included. Zoom in to see all the flies on every pastry.I'm not an expert but I'm assuming the fly issue is due to unclean water and floor drains. These are super easy to clean. I can only attribute that to laziness.Please be careful when purchasing food here!
I love this location & the baristas! Sometimes the order ahead is not available because of the staff shortage but that's not their fault & the ones that are working are greatly appreciated!
Server is totally clueless. Does not listen. Asks how many shots if expressing fir the Medicine Ball. Tell her sugar and she says Stevia?????Very frustrating ???
Ordered their yummy iced tea. So delish!
