I normally go here every day or every other day and the experience I had today was horrible. I asked the employee multiple times I wanted to use my reward points and I kept being questioned as if the reward system didn’t exist. I asked a total of 4 times before I was able to use my points. I hope nobody else goes through this.
All of the workers are really sweet and great with communication :) They've never messed up an order for me before and always have a good attitude

Kind employees more often than not. Food is way overpriced. Usually out of stock on different items daily if not weekly. I don't come here more than 3-4 times a month but every time I do come here, Usually the items you came for are out of stock and typically have to substatute.

They are fast and efficient and nice. Best Starbucks to go to even tho the line be extra long but it's long cuz they have good service

Friendly staff, however anytime I try coming they are out of non-dairy milk. As someone who is lactose intolerant, this is very unfortunate.
