The food was great and the food came out really fast
Overall: friendly staff, hot and good food, quick and attentive service.I came here with family for my birthday dinner, and the waitress, Nina, was very pleasant and professional and was quick and attentive from ordering to final payment. She even brought me a free birthday sundae. (Sweet.)The food was all great, cooked well and came to us hot and fresh. The fries were balanced in seasoning and the impossible burger I got tasted delicious.
So the wait to be seated wasn't very long, but the wait for food was. And then received the wrong order, so it was a mess. Definitely short staffed. Came on a whim, haven't been in years and well.... now I know why. My burger was greasy- probably because it was a lettuce wrap so no bun to soak it up. $30 for a kid's meal and 1 adult. Ridiculous. But my server was pretty good (Lana or lorna I think)
I had the cheese master burger, also a Mai Tai, and a Dr pepper. My wife had the fried cod and onion rings! She also had the rainbow lemonade and a Tequila Sunrise.?????+ ?I will have to give my admiration to the two managers which manned the kitchen. They were extremely short staffed, they cannot get enough people for a full compliment of workers. And I'll tell you, those folks were working their backsides off. People were doing triple duty! The food was very very good, the drinks were potent, and, they kept asking if we needed refills or anything.????+?I worked in the restaurant industry when I was a teenager, I have total admiration for this staff, all hands on deck as they say. And, they deserve every penny of a really good tip!?One other thing, the bathrooms were spotless! And, as everyone knows, clean bathroom, clean kitchen!
We always love red Robin. The waiter was very nice. The food was delicious but the last time we where there some of our food was wrong and we had to send some of it back to get fixed. The waiter was awesome and helped out with the issues.
My family and I just received our food. From the Red Robin in Kenosha. The drinks tasted off. The orders were mixed and wrong. Mot to mention cold. The fries weren’t even cooked all the way through. If you subtracted a star for each thing wrong with their service. We would be at -5 stars.
Waitress was amazing. Food was delicious. There was a bit of a wait time, 35 mins, due to limited seated cause of staffing issues. I can only imagine how frustrating that is for the staff there and you didn't see any attitude about it. Wonderful customer service.
If you're really hungry and haven't had Red Robin in a while, it sounds amazing. But.... $48 for 2 standard burgers and 2 drinks (no apps) is wildly over rated. Ordered the new Bacon Fondue, didn't get it, and still got charged for it ($1.50). Also, $5 for a speckled lemonade, get out of here...Overall the food was decent though, so I'll probably be back at least once a year.
We waited 30 minutes for a table for two. They appear to be short staffed. I tried to order fish n chips. I was told the fish fryer was broken. The parts are on back order. I got the bacon cheeseburger instead. The service people were very nice.
